NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your
chances of winning. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW OR REGULATION.
PARTICIPANTS MUST RESIDE IN THE STATE OF CA WITHIN 75 MILES OF THE CITY OF
OAKLAND AND BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. You
understand that you are providing your information to Lucky Supermarkets and not to Facebook.
Facebook is not a Sponsor of this Sweepstakes.
1. SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION:
The Golden State Warriors Ticket Sweepstakes – March 2015 (the “Sweepstakes”)
begins on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on Friday,
April 3, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s database
clock will be the timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. There will be three (3) Grand Prize
drawings to award three (3) prizes at the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Entry in the
Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or
sweepstakes.
2. AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES:
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s unconditional acceptance of and
agreement to these Sweepstakes Official Rules (the “Official Rules”) and the decisions
of the sponsor of the Sweepstakes, Lucky Supermarkets, P.O. Box 4278, Modesto, CA
95352-4278 (the “Sponsor”) whose decisions shall be final and legally binding in all
respects.
3. ELIGIBILITY:
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who reside in the
state of CA within 75 miles of the city of Oakland at the time of entry. Employees,
officers, and directors of Sponsor, Sweepstakes prize suppliers, and each of their
affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, sales representatives,
retailers, printers, individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of
Sweepstakes materials, their advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, and any and all
other persons associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes
Entities”), and each of their immediate family members (as defined by the IRS) and/or
people living in the same household, whether related or not, are not eligible to
participate. Eligibility is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void
where prohibited by law.
4.
HOW TO ENTER:
You can enter the Sweepstakes through the Sponsor’s profile on www.facebook.com (the
"Facebook Site") during the Sweepstakes Period. To enter the Sweepstakes (a) visit
Sponsor’s Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/LuckySupermarkets and (b)
comment on the Sponsor’s sweepstakes entry post.
Limit: One entry per person.
All entries submitted are the property of the Sponsor. Information submitted by an entrant
in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used only by Sponsor or Sponsor’s agents
for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s

privacy policy which may be found at http://www.LuckySupermarkets.com/privacy-policy.
In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the
Pinterest account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized account
holder” is defined as the person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet
access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for
assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
5.
PRIZES/ODDS:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received prior to drawing date.
Only the following prizes will be awarded.
There will be a total of three (3) Grand Prize winners. Each winner will receive
two tickets and parking pass to one of the following Golden State Warriors
games:

Monday, April 13, 2015
Total approximate retail value is $450 per winner (two tickets and parking pass). Prizes
are non-assignable and non-transferable. No cash alternative or substitution will be
allowed, provided, however, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute
prize(s) of comparable value if any prize listed is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any
reason.

Random drawing will be conducted based on the schedule listed above from among all
eligible entries received. The drawing will be under the control of the Sponsor, whose
decisions will be final and legally binding in all matters related to this sweepstakes.
Prizewinning entrants must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules.
Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. All Prize awards are subject to
verification by the Sponsor.
Potential prizewinners will be notified in person and/or by phone and/or by email or mail
or express mail, whichever is deemed appropriate by the Sponsor, using the contact
information provided at the time of entry. Sponsor shall have no liability for any potential
Prize winning notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by any potential
prizewinner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, any potential prizewinner does
not respond within one (1) day of the first notification attempt, or if the Prize notification
is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential prizewinner, such potential
prizewinner will forfeit his or her Prize and an alternate prizewinner may be selected. If
any potential prizewinner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with

these Official Rules or declines a Prize for any reason prior to award, such potential
prizewinner will be disqualified and an alternate prizewinner may be selected
7. CLAIMING PRIZES:
Prizewinner is responsible for any and all applicable fees, federal, state and local taxes,
if any, and any other unspecified expenses associated with acceptance or use of Prize.
Winner is advised to seek independent counsel regarding the tax implications of
accepting a Prize. Acceptance of any Prize constitutes prizewinner's permission for the
Sponsor to use prizewinner's name, photograph, image, likeness, voice, biographical
information, statements and complete address (collectively, the "Attributes"), for
advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or
hereafter devised, in perpetuity, without further compensation or authorization, (except
where prohibited by law), and releases the Sweepstakes Entities from all claims arising
out of the use of such Attributes.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
a. By entering, entrants fully and unconditionally agree and accept to be bound by
these complete Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final.
b. Except where prohibited, prizewinner grants to Sponsor and their advertising
agencies the right to use, and publish his or her proper name, likeness, voice,
opinions, biographical information and state and announce winner's name, home city
and state, in any media to promote Sponsor and the Promotion without additional
compensation.
c. Entrants enter at their own risk. Sponsor, the Golden State Warriors and the
National Basketball Association are not responsible for and shall not be liable for:
(i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incorrect, incomplete, ineligible or
unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software program, network,
Internet or computer failures or difficulties; (iii) errors in transmission; (iv) any
condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the
Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any
kind caused by a Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a
Prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (vi) any printing or typographical
error in any materials associated with these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes
generally. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damages to entrant caused or
claimed to be caused by their participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance
and/or use of any Prize, and release the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective
officers, directors, employees, parents, subsidiaries and affiliates from any and all
such liability. The Sweepstakes entities and their respective officers, directors,
employees, parents, subsidiaries and affiliates assume no responsibility for any injury
or damage to participants or to any other person's computer relating to or resulting
from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with this
Sweepstakes. PLEASE NOTE THAT A HIGH VOLUME OF ENTRIES, OR
TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES WITH THE SYSTEM, MAY RESULT IN TEMPORARY
INABILITY TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES OR A DELAY IN THE PROCESSING
OF ENTRIES SUCH THAT YOUR ENTRY IS NOT RECEIVED IN TIME TO

PARTICIPATE. THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR
LIABLE SHOULD ANY ENTRY NOT BE RECEIVED DUE TO SUCH DELAYS.
WINNERS AND ENTRANTS RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND AGREE TO
INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS, THE SPONSOR, CONTEST ENTITIES, AND
THEIR RESPECTIVE MANAGERS, MEMBERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS,
EMPLOYEES, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS AND
REPRESENTATIVES FROM AND AGAINST ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES,
INJURY OR LOSSES, TO ANY PERSON (INCLUDING DEATH), OR PROPERTY,
OF ANY KIND RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY
FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR USE OF THE PRIZE, ANY
PORTION THEREOF OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY PROMOTION RELATED
ACTIVITY OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST.
d. Sponsor may prohibit any entrant or potential entrant from participating in the
Sweepstakes, if at the sole discretion of Sponsor such person shows a disregard for
these Official Rules, or acts (1) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass
any other entrant, Sponsor, or their agents or representatives; or (2) in any other
disruptive manner.
e. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of
the Facebook account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized
account holder” is defined as the person who is assigned to an email address by an
Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is
responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the
submitted email address
f. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of
California, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in
this Sweepstakes, participants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be
resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with
this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class
action, exclusively before a court located in California having jurisdiction. Further, in
any such dispute, under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain
awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential
damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket
expenses (e.g. costs associated with entering), and participant further waives all
rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
