Every event at Sol Bistro is customized to meet the needs of your group. You'll find
information on our rooms, food, beverages and pricing below.

A SIGNED CONTRACT AND DEPOSIT OF $200 FOR ROOM
RESERVATIONS IS REQUIRED. (Deposit will be put towards
cost of food or room fee)
ROOM OPTIONS:
· UPSTAIRS LOFT AREA: accommodates ~ 40 people; at least 25 must be present for the
room to be private, buffet style food service is preferred.
· BACK BAR AREA: accommodates ~50 people; at least 30 must be present for the room
to be private
· ENTIRE RESTAURANT: minimum 150 people; $250 per hour
**IF minimum number is not met, Sol Bistro reserves the right to seat other parties in the
area unless a privacy fee of $50 per hour is charged.
**IF there is no food/beverage purchased OR room is used during non-business hours there
will be a $100 per hour room fee.

THINGS TO REMEMBER:
-BUFFET/FOOD BAR OPTIONS ARE NOT ENDLESS, THEY WILL BE PREPARED
ACCORDING TO THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN PARTY.
-NO SUBSTITUTIONS ON BUFFET/FOOD BARS UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.
-ADDITIONAL ITEMS/OPTIONS CAN BE MADE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST AND WILL BE
PRICED SEPARATELY.
BEVERAGES:
Non-alcoholic beverages will be charged based on consumption
BAR OPTIONS:
· Cash Bar: all alcoholic drinks will be paid on an individual basis
· Open Bar: all alcoholic drinks will be included with food bill
· Limited Bar:
-alcoholic drinks will be limited to certain types of liquor
(i.e. beer and wine only)
-alcoholic drinks will be open to a certain dollar amount
(i.e. open tab up to $500)
DESSERT OPTIONS:
At this time, Sol Bistro does not provide options for large groups. You are
welcome to bring your own or have them dropped off by a local bakery.

COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
What do I need to do to reserve a space?
We require a deposit and signed contract to confirm a booking.
What deposit do your require?
A deposit of $200. Deposits are due at the time the reservation is made. Deposits are applied to
the balance of food ordered. We accept cash, credit cards and company or personal checks.
When do I pay the balance?
The entire balance is due on the event date.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable if the event is cancelled within 7 days of the event.
May I decorate and/or bring in a cake?
Yes, you may decorate, however we do restrict the use of candles, confetti, tinsel and loose glitter
in our facility. Yes, you may bring in your own cake.
Can we bring our own music / DJ / band?
We DO NOT allow other music to be played during our normal operating hours. There may be
exceptions for live music IF it is approved by the owner.
When can I tell you the final number of guests that will be attending my event?
The final guest count must be received no later than one week prior to the event. If the attendance
varies from the final count, Host will be charged based on the greater number of guests. There will
be a minimum count required for each event.
What are the tax and gratuity rates?
The tax rate is 11%. We will not automatically add a gratuity to your bill, but can do so per request.
