Quality Assurance Analyst The American College is currently seeking a highly organized, performance driven individual to fulfill a position as Quality Assurance Analyst. This individual will assure the consistent quality of applications through estimating, planning, and coordinating testing activities; validating processes; and providing documentation. Incumbent will work with other team members, project leads, and business units to coordinate processes and procedures. Job Requirements Draft, maintain, and implement quality assurance policies and procedures Create an end-to-end test plan to test solution in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other legacy- and / or external systems Perform regression testing, negative testing, compatibility testing, system analysis, data analysis, and data visualization. Maintain all test data Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities Create an end-to-end test plan to test solution in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other legacy- and / or external systems Perform regression testing, negative testing, compatibility testing, system analysis, data analysis, and data visualization. Maintain all test data Manage all Quality Assurance and Release Management activities Work with project team and key stakeholders to ensure proper release of bug-free solutions to environment Ensure QA focus is utilized throughout solution lifecycle Essential Qualifications & Competencies Bachelor’s Degree or related experience. 5-7 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance role. Strong knowledge of QA concepts, methodologies, tools, and processes Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Hands-on experience with automated testing tools Strong understanding of general business processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deal with technical teams, business units, and other College management.
