The D'Feeters Soccer Club protocol and process for addressing and player/parent concerns is as follows:
**Please respect the 48hr Rule – Wait at least 48 hours before initiating contact following a game**
1) Contact your player’s coach and request a meeting to discuss your concern. If this fails to resolve
the issue:
2) Contact your program Director of Coaching and request a meeting to discuss your concern. If this
fails to resolve the issue:
3) Contact the Club President and request a meeting to discuss your concern. If this fails to resolve the
issue:
4) Complete the form below, scan it and submit it electronically to [email protected]. One or
more D'Feeters SC Board of Directors will contact you to discuss your concerns directly and
privately.
