TENDER NOTICE
Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation is interested to
enact the following nomenclature and monogram at the facade of the office
alongwith specifications mentioned :-

i. Letters are case sensitive.
ii. The first letter of each word
shall be of size 15”x15”.
iii. The rest of the letters of size
10”x10”.
iv. The space/gap between
letters shall be of 1/2” at
least.
Each letter of abbreviation shall
be of size 2’x2’.
The monogram shall be of size
30”x30”.
The above mentioned items shall be made of good durable plastic of
national green colour and it shall be illuminated during night and with proper lighting
system.

The detailed information/measurement can be taken by the interested
parties at any time during working days from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.

Interested parties must submit NTN number and Sales Tax invoice.
5.
Interest parties shall submit quotations inclusive of tax.
6.
Quotations from eligible firms are invited in sealed envelopes. The last
date for receipt of sealed quotations is 23.05.2014 by 10 a.m. Tenders will be
opened on the same day i.e. 23.05.2014 (Friday) at 11 a.m. in the presence of
Tenderers / representatives who wish to be present. Tender with false / misleading
documents / information will be rejected. FGE Housing Foundation reserves the
right to accept / reject any offer (in part or whole) without any reason thereof.
