Maximum of 160 players, so register early: http://texaspinball.com/tpf/tpfstore/
$60 one-time entry fee. All entry fees paid back to players in the form of cash and prizes.
Open qualifying for four different division finals with prizes and trophies for each division.
o Division Finalists: 16 “A” Division, 8 B Div., 4 Novice Div., and 4 Women’s Div.
o No need to select your division – you are automatically entered into your eligible division.
Limited entry best-game qualifying format, across three Eras of pins:
o Limit of 20 plays per player, using your best ranking results from 8 pins.
o Best 8 pins must include at least two pins from each Era of pins.
12 pins to play from 3 Eras: 4 DMD (Dot Matrix Display), 4 SS (Solid State), 4 EM (Electro-Mechanical).
PAPA-style group finals: 3 games per round, one pin from each Era, 4-2-1-0 scoring, top 2 players advance.
Additional prizes given to each Era Champion: top qualifier from each era’s four pins.
Division Restrictions:
o A Division: None. Open to all.
o B Division: Cannot be ranked in the top 500 of IFPA World Rankings
o Novice Division: Cannot be ranked in the top 3,000 of IFPA World Rankings.
Trophies and Cash Prizes
A Division
1st place – 28% of Net Prize Purse + trophy
2nd place – 17% + trophy
3rd place – 12% + trophy
4th place – 9% + trophy
5th-8th place – 3% each
9th-16th place – 1% each
Novice Division
1st place – $100 + trophy
2nd-4th place – trophy
Era Champions: $100 + trophy (each)
B Division
1st place – 5% of Net Prize Purse + trophy
2nd place – 3% + trophy
3rd place – 2% + trophy
4th place – 1% + trophy
Women’s Division
1st place – $100 + trophy
2nd-4th place – trophy

Texas Wizards Tournament Prizes (continued):
Assuming all 160 spots are filled, cash prizes are estimated as follows:
A Division
1st place = $2,300
2nd place = $1,400
3rd place = $1,000
4th place = $700
5th through 8th place = $250 each
9th through 16th place = $100 each
B Division
1st place = $400
2nd place = $250
3rd place = $150
4th place = $100
Kid's "Bump 'N Win" Tournament
Open to kids 12 and under. Entry is $5 for 2 plays on one designated tournament pin. Maximum of 2 entries (4
plays total) allowed. 3-Ball game.
Top 4 highest scores advance to one-game playoff held at 2:30pm on Saturday. Highest seed may choose his/her
order of playing position in the playoff.
Prizes:
1st place = $100 GameStop Gift Card + Trophy
2nd place = $50 GameStop Gift Card + Trophy
3rd place = $25 GameStop Gift Card + Trophy
4th place = Trophy
Parent/Child Tournament
Child must be 12 or under. Entry is $10 per team for 2 plays. Maximum of 2 entries (4 plays total) allowed.
4-Ball game: Child plays balls 1 & 3. Parent plays ball 2. The team plays “split flipper” on ball 4.
“Split flipper” = both players from the team play simultaneously, with each player controlling only one flipper
button. Players are allowed to switch which button they control between each ball, if desired.
Top 4 teams’ highest scores advance to one-game playoff held at 3:30pm on Saturday. Highest seeded team may
choose their order of playing position in the playoff.
Prizes: 1st – 4th place = Trophy
Note: One parent cannot play on two teams with different children. If you have two children, 2 adults need to participate in this
event for both kids to play. “Parent” may be a parent, grandparent, or guardian.
All tournaments will be governed by the Official Texas Wizards Tournament Rules and the PAPA World
Championships rule set:
