SENIOR TEAM – 14-18 yrs. The age of the competitor as of August 31, 2016, is the age that will be the
age that applies. Competitive level will depend on skill level during evaluations.
Parent Meeting, Tryouts & Practices –
Tryouts – Sunday, February 5th 2017 @ Illinois Gymnastics Institute

SPRING Competitive Season practices officially begin February 11/12. All practices are
Saturdays 3pm-7pm and Sundays 10am-1:30pm and go through April competitions.

Cost Estimates –
Total Experience Estimated Cost $1,585 (or $1,795 Disney package included) paid bi-monthly Sept
– March.
Includes: Practices, Gym Fees, Choreography, Music, Practice Shirts, Uniform, Registrations &
Team Hotel Stay in Orlando.
Participants are committed to all practices and competitions.
COA Nationals competition hotel arrangements –
Participants must stay with team, not parent rooms. SuperCDA will reserve a room block based on the
number of rooms requested for parents or OYO if preferred. Hotel Cost per room TBA.

The Super All Star program started in 1995. For over two decades, our award-winning
program has provided unique opportunities for talented athletes to perform together on
the national scene. We incorporate given talent into memorable performances
throughout the season. Proper mindset is applied encouraging members to focus, learn
quickly, practice efficiently and peak at the right time!
This year, our program expands beyond the post season high school and collegiate
levels to include a more full season approach at the junior level (14 years and younger)
with a convenient/local opportunity with our Junior Prep program as well as a local and
national opportunity.
For our short-season senior program, we are adding a local competition as prep for
nationals. We are also considering crossing over elite athletes to have the opportunity
to compete in more than one routine, resulting in more competitive exposure in the
same amount of time!
Our goal with these additional opportunities is train a new generation of athletes in the
sport of competitive cheerleading while applying over two decades of experience with
the programming we offer at SuperCDA. Under the guide of Founder & Executive
Director, Derek Ramel who brings over thirty years of competitive experience and is a
leader in the building of competitive cheerleading here in Illinois, we train our athletes to
perform beyond a win, resulting in memorable performances and experiences that last a
lifetime. For returning athletes, we wish to provide a lasting memory to conclude their
competitive high school experience. Additionally, we hope to prepare them for
collegiate cheerleading goals, as well as develop their leadership skills and character
resulting in additional life skills for their future.

upcoming season.

Refunds are only available after configuration of uniforms, practices and non-refundable
registration fees are covered to the date of confirmed departure from the team. Payments
should otherwise be turned in at the start of practice on practice days.

Kids Disney Packages must be confirmed by December 1 as well. We can add February 11 as
well, but pricing may be subject to increase at Disney’s discretion.

Other important info:
Once a team is confirmed and we register all athletes with USASF (required for all-star), you will
receive a confirmation via email with a gym registration membership ID. We will keep you
informed as we go with this.
Info regarding all competition addresses, times and release forms, will be released as
information is ready via email.

The award winning Super All Stars began in 1995 to provide a unique opportunity for talented athletes
to compete on the national scene with representatives from other schools. The inter-squad
sportsmanship that results is amazing- lifelong friendships that would have otherwise never been.
Each representative brings home the experience to share with their home teams- productive practices,
positive motivation, the reward of accomplishment and the enormous amount of new ideas.
We incorporate all given talent and skills into high energy routines. A proper mindset is applied that
encourages members to focus, learn quickly, practice efficiently, and peak at the right time.
This year Super All Stars will travel to Orlando, FL April 13-17, 2017 to compete at the COA International
Championships in Orlando, FL. It’s a chance to represent, to be an ambassador and to experience the
intensity!
