Rules for Organizing a Club
1. You must secure a Faculty/Staff sponsor(s) by signature.
2. To establish a new club, you must have a beginning roster of at least five
ASMSA students.
3. You must complete the Club Sponsorship Application form, on page 2 of this
packet.
4. Return completed application to the Dean of Student Affairs office, (located
behind the Residence Life Office) to be submitted to the Dean for approval.
5. You must renew your club yearly by filling out a Club Sponsorship
Application and turning it into the Community Developer at the
Student Organization Fair.
6. All room reservation requests must go through Mrs. Brown in the Dean of
Student Affairs’ Office.
