Yor-Part Co-Production Proposal/ Agreement
(Small schemes)
This is a working agreement between [Group], [Group] and City of York Council
Youth & Community Development Team that describes how we will work
together to deliver a project for the benefit of young people in York.
Small scheme proposals need to be submitted to a Youth and Community
Development Team Manager.

The Agreement (to be completed once the scheme is approved)
8. Standard Conditions
a. All schemes should provide services with the Yor-Part definitions of
youthwork and working together.
b. Yor-Part cannot commit Council resources to activities that might bring
the Council into disrepute, are unlawful, or would be opposed to the
Council’s values, policy or public service obligations.
c. Yor-Part cannot commit Council resources to schemes which seek to
promote a particular religious view point, or any political party.
d. Resources allocated through the Yor-Part scheme cannot be applied for
profit making projects.
e. We ask that all funded providers engage with the Yor-zone and offer
their activities through the Yor-zone publicity (unless the activities are of
a specifically targeted nature).
f. Your organisation must be signed up with Yor-zone and have completed
the online or postal registration.
g. We will require evidence of how the funding was spent. This can be
provided in a variety of ways such as photos, feedback forms, alongside
receipts for equipment.
h. Your organisation will need to provide evidence to demonstrate the
benefits of the scheme.
i. Any under spend following the completion of the activity shall be
returned.

11. Dispute resolution and early termination arrangements

If the service is not provided in accordance with this agreement by either
party, initially they should raise concerns and meet to discuss ways of resolving
these. Where the issue remains unresolved the issue should be passed to the
Head of Service for resolution.
c. Variation
This agreement may be varied at any time by written agreement between both
parties.
d. Termination
Any of the parties may terminate this agreement in advance of the end date by
issuing notice in writing of no less than 2 months notice.
