Key Objectives/Outcomes
1.
Elicit and explore the key strengths and development needs of the client to ensure that she
clearly understands how they impact on her role and on that of others to bring about an
improved, sustained and balanced performance
2.
Challenge Jifke’s leadership skills/style and help her to demonstrate and perform a leadership
role within her team, among peers, and externally
3.
Ensure that Jifke’s current level of performance is substantially increased (including
recognising and understanding her role and objectives) to bring her to a higher level
4.
That Jifke demonstrates a personal learning journey around her career path, management and
leadership style, capabilities, self awareness and self management and personal development.
5.
To channel her energy and work ethic in a positive way to produce creative options for her
team, while always looking at the whole picture to understand the importance of her own and
teams roles
6.
Success of the coaching intervention will be reviewed on the basis of there being evidence of
change within Jifke, the impact of the change in her immediate environment and the impact of
change in the business in conjunction with a measurement tool pre and post coaching
