THE RAINBOW SERPENT SUMMARY
Long time ago there were only people which means no plants and animals and the
story doesn't say there were already hills and mountains so I’m assuming there wasn’t.
Randomly a big serpent woke up and went to look for these people, while he was
searching the was actually making hills and mountains. When he found the people he
played around and danced with them, when it was night time every one went to
sleep and the people made a tent for the serpent. But when it was night 2 little boys
were homeless and needed a place to stay so they went to the serpents tent. Since
there was no room left the serpent offered shelter in his mouth but then the serpent
swallowed the children and ran in fear of being caught. When the people woke up
they realized the children and the serpent missing so they were mad and looked after
them when they arrived they saw the serpent sleeping on a high mountain. The
people climbed and climbed to get to the serpent. When they arrived to the serpent
they cut open the serpents stomach and came out two birds. The people were on a
attempt to leave but the serpent woke up and saw the hold in his stomach. He was
mad and destroyed the mountain he was on and then the people ran but soon they
were turning into plants, trees and animals.

THE GENESIS SUMMARY
In catholic religion we think we have a god that had 6 days to make our
world, the seventh day is the day when he rested. On the first day God made
day and night, then on the second day God made a dome over the world
called the sky. God then made land and plants into the soil, that was the third
day, the next day God made sea creatures and land animals but why did
God have to make the goblin shark and the catfish? On the fifth day god
made animals with wings that were able to fly up into the sky, we call these
creatures birds and God told them to make babies to multiply. On the sixth
day God created people and told them to eat well and multiply like any other
creature. On the last day he just rested which makes up our week, but why did
he have to make the goblin shark and the cat fish?
DIFFERENCES
• There was a serpent instead of a invisible god
• There were already people at the beginning

• Instead of the serpent doing something good he did something bad
• The serpent turned most of the people into animals and plants instead of just
putting them in
