How Do I Change My Password?
1. From the Attorney Portal
(http://hmc.cityofhenderson.com/eservices/home.page?prtlCd=ATTORNEY) click Log on.
2. Enter the email address and temporary password that you received for the Attorney Portal or
that you used to create the account when you self-registered.
3. Click on the Welcome menu item.
4. In the Change Password section enter the temporary password you received and a new
password. Click Change Password.

I Have Forgotten My Password
1. From the Attorney Portal
(http://hmc.cityofhenderson.com/eservices/home.page?prtlCd=ATTORNEY) click Log on.
2. Click Forgot Password?
3. Enter your email address used for an eAccess account with the Court. Press Submit.
4. A temporary password is sent to the email address associated to the bar # in eAccess.
5. Go to Attorney Portal and log in with temporary password.
6. Create a new password, click Change Password.
What is the Difference Between the Public and Attorney Portal?
The Public Portal allows you to search on any case. The Attorney Portal shows only cases that you are
the attorney of record. Before submitting requests for traffic negotiation or criminal arraignments
please check that the case exists in our system in the Portal Portal.
I’m Logged in the Attorney Portal but when I try go to the Public Portal it
returns me to the Attorney Portal.
Your browser session has your User ID and Password saved for the Attorney Portal. Log out of the
Attorney Portal and you will be able to access the Public Portal.
I Cannot See the Submit Button on the Traffic Negotiation Request Form
Make sure you have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. If not, you can obtain a free download
from http://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/
Also, verify that your browser settings are not setup to view the PDF in the browser. Follow the
instructions provided by Adobe for the browser that you are using:

Pressing the Submit Button Does Nothing
Do you use web mail? If you press the Submit Button and nothing happens it is because you do not
have mail set up on your local computer. If you use webmail the Submit Form button will not work and
you will need to save the form to your local computer and attach the completed form to an email from
your web mail account.

Select File | Save As
Choose a location on your computer to store the form

Open your web mail and click the attachment icon and browse to the location where the file
was saved. In the To field add the email address [email protected] and
complete the Subject Line with an appropriate title. There is no need to send additional email.

How Can I Save My Attorney Information on the Form?
To save time you can save the form with your default Attorney Information:

Complete the Attorney Information portion of the Form.
Select File | Save As
Choose a location on your computer to save the form.
When you need to create a new request retrieve the form from your computer.
Complete the Case Information section and click the Submit Form button if you do not use
webmail.
6. Close the form without saving so that the Case Information section is not saved on your saved
form.
7. If you use web mail, save the file with a different name then attach using your web mail
application and send to [email protected].
How Do I Get an Account for the Attorney Portal?
1. Click on the Self-Registration link on the Welcome Page.

2. Enter your Bar Number and email address (only one email address can be associated to one bar
number).
3. Click Next
4. Complete the Profile Information page. All fields marked with an asterisk must be completed.
5. Click Finish
6. You will receive an email to confirm that your submission was successful.
7. You will receive an authorization email within 2 business days, confirming your account is set up.
I Get An Error Message When Trying to Self-Register With My Bar
Number
Bar and Email Already Registered
You already have an account with the Court. Please follow the instructions for resetting your password.
Bar Exists in System, Possibly with Different Email Address

You already have an account with the Court, maybe you used a different email address. If you cannot
remember the email address to log in please contact the Henderson Municipal Court and provide your
bar number.
Duplicate Bar Number
Please contact Henderson Municipal Court with your bar number so we can resolve this issue.
Invalid Bar Number
Do not include the leading zero in your bar number or you must have a case with the court where you are
the attorney of record.
How Long Does It Take To Get An eAccess Account?
After self-registering for an account it takes approximately 2 business days before you will receive the
authorization to log into the system.
How Long Does a Traffic Negotiation Take?
