– Ask for access to HED

Customize Your View With Initial Log On

Select “Personalize InfoView now”

Select this view and click “Browse Categories

Select “Clinical Query – HED” and click “OK”

Scroll to
bottom and
Click “Apply”
To view HED reports, select “Clinical Query-HED” and then
select category of report you wish to view
Select name of report to run
a current version of the report
Use these links to view most current report, or go back to find a report in the past
