KDNA TOURNAMENT GUIDELINES
Spectators and Coaches are asked not to stand or walk between courts except for the pathway
between courts 2 and 3 and courts 6 and 7.
Please stand behind the yellow line at all times to give umpires ample room to move around the
court
Each game will be made up of two (2) x seven minute halves with no changeover time between
halves.
There will be no injury time. Players must leave the court to obtain treatment
All teams must supply an umpire.
PLEASE ADVISE YOUR UMPIRES IF THEIR TEAM IS IN FINALS THEY ARE REQUIRED TO
UMPIRE THE FINALS MATCH – NO UMPIRE SUPPLIED NO TEAM IN FINALS
Players may only represent one team on the day
The first named team is to take the first centre pass
The first named team is to supply the match ball
Each team must provide a scorer with the first named team making the entries on the score sheet.
Scorers MUST stand together
Score sheets are on the clipboards in the centre circle of each court.
Please return clipboards to the centre circle after each game.
Winning team to take score sheets to the Court Supervisor’s window facing the courts after each
game
All players must wear netball uniforms. Track pants and bike shorts are not permitted
Players may not wear jewellery except for sleeper earrings and small rings if they are securely
taped. Coaches and Team Managers please check all players.
Teams will be awarded points as follows:
Win: - 4 points.
Draw: - 2 points

Loss - 0 points
Bye: - 0 points

Semi Final : Top four progress to finals – 1 v 4
2 v 3
13 Sect 1, 13 Sect 2 , 13 Sect 3 , 15 Sect 1 15 Res 3, 15 Sec 3, 17Yrs.
The winners will play off in the Grand Final.
In the event of a draw in finals, extra time of two further 3 minute halves will be played.
