Private Function Hire - Terms & Conditions
 18th & 21st Birthday Parties only by prior agreement from the Management Committee on
an individual basis.
 Bar Staff are provided.
 No drinks to be brought in to the venue (unless agreed by the Management Committee)
prior to the booking.
 No Sticky Tape to be used on walls - Use Blue Tac
 Hirer is expected to clear up on the night. Failure to do so will result in a £30.00 charge for
cleaning.
 Linen, crockery & cutlery to be provided by the Hirer.
 £50.00 Deposit payable at time of booking (non refundable).
 Balance to be paid in Full within 7 days of hire date (non refundable).
 Security Deposit of £50.00 is required 7 days before the hire date to cover any aspects of
damage.
 Balance of Security Deposit will be refunded within 4 days if all is in order.
 Entertainment electrical equipment needs to be PAT tested and certificate to be provided
i.e. Discos and Bands.
 The Pitch, Changing Rooms and Football Grounds are strictly out of bounds at all times.
 Cheques made payable to Petersfield Town FC. Delivery address provided by email. Bank
transfer is also available on request.
