Eberspaecher new cooperation partner of Alltrucks

Alltrucks network expands service expertise in heating and climate
control

Shorter installation and maintenance times for end customers
Esslingen / Munich, 19 January 2017 – With effect from 1 January 2017, Eberspaecher
has been appointed a cooperation partner of the multi-brand full-service workshop
system Alltrucks Truck & Trailer Service. By recruiting the Esslingen-based
automotive supplier, Alltrucks expands its service portfolio to cover the full range
of Eberspaecher heating and climate control products.
Through the cooperation agreement launching in 2017, the Eberspaecher group's Climate
Control Systems division will be providing comprehensive service support for Alltrucks
workshop partners and their customers. The service support will cover fuel operated
heaters as well as climate control products for commercial vehicles, buses and specialpurpose vehicles.
Alltrucks partner workshops will gain access to the Eberspaecher product world, and will
additionally be able to utilize a range of new services. They include specially targeted
training in the installation and maintenance of Eberspaecher products, a telephone service
hotline, access to technical information, and the possibility to use the Eberspaecher
Diagnostics Tool. The customers of Alltrucks partners will benefit from shorter installation
and maintenance times as a result. On the launch of the cooperation agreement,
workshop partners in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) will be provided
with training programs in Eberspaecher's parking coolers for trucks.

The cooperation will be launching initially through the current more than 220 partner
workshops within the DACH region. Through the course of the year the service offer will
be extended to cover Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, France and Poland.
