“WIN WEEKLY CASH BACK UP TO RM10,000 WHEN YOU SPEND WITH RHB CARDS”
Campaign Period
1. The “Win Weekly Cash Back up to RM10,000 when you Spend with RHB Cards” (“Campaign”) is
organized by RHB Bank Berhad (“RHB Bank”) and RHB Islamic Bank Berhad (“RHB Islamic Bank”)
(both herein referred to as “RHB” unless specifically distinguished) and will be from 1 May 2017 till 31
August 2017; both dates inclusive (“the Campaign Period”).
Eligibility
2. This Campaign is open to all new and existing principal RHB Credit and Debit Card(s) (“RHB Card(s)”)
issued by RHB (“the Eligible Cardmember(s)”).
3. The following persons (which shall be determined by RHB at its discretion) are not eligible to participate
in this Campaign:a) RHB Platinum Business Cardmembers
b) Permanent and/or contract employees of RHB Banking Group and their immediate family members.
c) Representatives and/or agents (including advertising agencies, promotional agencies of RHB and
their immediate family members).
Campaign Prizes
4. The weekly cash back prize (“Prize(s)”) including the number of winning Eligible Cardmembers
(“Winner(s)”) are as per table below:

5. The Eligible Cardmember is entitled to win one (1) Weekly Grand Prize or one (1) Weekly Special Prize
and/or one (1) Weekly Consolation Special Prize or one (1) Weekly Consolation Special Prize throughout
the Campaign Period.
Campaign Mechanics
6. To be eligible to participate in this Campaign, the Eligible Cardmember is required to meet the Campaign
qualifying criteria (“Qualifying Criteria”) by performing either one (1) of the following or more to be entitled
for the Campaign entries (“Campaign Entry(ies)”).

8. The Eligible Cardmember’s RHB Credit and/or Debit Card account must be valid and must be in good
standing as so determined by RHB at its discretion to be eligible for participation during and after the
Campaign and/or for winning of the Prizes. If, at any time during the Campaign Period, the Eligible
Cardmember cancels the RHB Credit and/or Debit Card for any reason, his/her participation in the
Campaign becomes null and void with immediate effect.
9. In the event that any Prizes are awarded to and received by person(s) who are an Eligible Cardmember
but has committed fraudulent or wrongful acts in relation to their Credit and/or Debit Card and/or any
transactions made thereof; RHB reserves the right to disqualify such person(s) from participating in the
Campaign and/or from redeeming their Prizes.
10. The following shall be considered as “Qualified Retail Transactions” for the purpose of the Campaign:
a) Retail Spend
b) Online Purchases
c) Mail Order or Telephone Order
d) Smart Pay Transactions or Auto Billing

e) Recurring Transactions
f) 0% Smart Instalment Transactions
g) e-Debit transactions
11. The following shall NOT be considered as “Qualified Retail Transactions” for the purpose of this
Campaign:
a) Cash Advance & Quasi Cash
b) Instalments paid for the 0% Instalment Plan
c) Balance transfer transactions
d) Easy cash & the instalments paid transactions
e) Instalments paid for Dial-An-Instalment programme
f) Refunds
g) Disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent retail transactions
h) Payment of annual fee
i) Interest payments
j) Late payment fees, charges for cash withdrawals and any other form of
service/miscellaneous fees
k) Debit Card transactions via Auto-Teller Machine (ATM)
12. The Eligible Cardmember with multiple RHB Credit or Debit Cards respectively, with qualified
spending/entries shall be automatically tracked for the Campaign’s tabulation purposes.
13. The supplementary Cardmember’s qualified spend will be combined with the principal Cardmember’s
qualified during this Campaign in determining whether the principal Cardmember satisfies the Qualifying
Criteria as defined in Clause 5 above. For the avoidance of doubt, only the principal Cardmember will
be in the running to win the Prizes.
14. RHB Debit Cardmembers must opt in for the overseas transaction via call to RHB Customer Care Center
or any RHB ATMs before they can perform any of the said transactions via their RHB Debit Card in
overseas.
Weekly Winner Selection Process
15. The following is the Winner Selection Process that will be adopted to determine the Winners of the
Prizes:
a) Based on the Campaign Entries earned weekly, Eligible Cardmembers will be shortlisted by RHB’s
computerized random selection system for the respective weekly Prize (“Shortlisted Participants”).
b) At the point of shortlisting, all RHB Card(s) account of the participant must not be delinquent, invalid
and/or cancelled; otherwise the participant will be disqualified.
c) The Shortlisted Participants will receive a Short Message Service (SMS) from RHB at any time
from 9.00am – 6.00pm; from Monday to Friday, containing one (1) question and instructions to
reply, at their latest hand phone numbers furnished to RHB and as maintain in RHB’s records.
d) Subject to terms and conditions herein, in respect of the Prize Winners, the first one (1) Shortlisted
Participant who responded via SMS with the correct answer and in the fastest time and correct
format as instructed in the SMS sent by RHB in the respective Participating Week will be declared
as the Weekly Grand Prize Winner. The 1st subsequent ten (10) Shortlisted Participants Shortlisted
Participant who responded via SMS with the correct answer and in the fastest time and correct
format as instructed in the SMS sent by RHB in the respective Participating Week will be declared
the Weekly Special Prize Winners. The 2nd subsequent one hundred (100) Shortlisted Participants

declared the Weekly Consolation Special Prize Winners. The 3rd subsequent one thousand (1,000)
Shortlisted Participants Shortlisted Participant who responded via SMS with the correct answer and
in the fastest time and correct format as instructed in the SMS sent by RHB in the respective
Participating Week will be declared the Weekly Consolation Prize Winners.
e) In the event the Shortlisted Participant wrongly answers the question and / or do not respond to the
question sent by RHB via SMS within three (3) calendar days will be disqualified for the particular
Participating Week.
f) For the avoidance of any doubt, RHB is not liable for any telco charges, roaming or phone charges
which is to be borne by the Shortlisted Participant, whether in or outside Malaysia.
g) Cardmembers are encouraged to call RHB Customer Service Centre as stated below to update
their latest contact details.

Fulfilment of Prizes
16. Announcement of Winners will be made on RHB Website at www.rhbgroup.com.my (“RHB’s Website”)
and via SMS within three (3) to four (4) weeks from the date of the relevant Winner Selection Process
and the determination of the weekly Prize Winners.
17. The following terms and conditions apply to the Prizes:
a. All prizes will be credited into the Winners’ principal RHB Credit or Debit Card account which was
last opened with RHB within (8) weeks from the date of the relevant selection process and the
determination of the weekly Prize Winners. In the event, Winner holding both principal RHB Credit
and Debit Card, prizes will be credited into the Winners’ principal RHB Credit Card account.
b. The Winner’s card account must be in “Active” status as determined solely by RHB at the time when
the Winners are determined or identified and at the point of crediting the Prize, otherwise the said
Winner will be disqualified and will not be entitled to the Prize.
c. The Winners shall be responsible to pay any tax, incidental cost and/or any other charges relating
to the Prize unless stated otherwise. RHB shall not be held liable for any tax, incidental cost, charges
and/or damage caused by any of the prizes and/or non-fulfilment by any of its agents/distributors.
d. The Winners are not allowed to transfer or sell his/her right to the Prize to any other person.
e. In the event any of the Winners cancel their card(s) or cancel their transactions and request for a
refund within six (6) months from the transactions date, the Winner shall be charged with the full
cost of the Prize(s).
Disqualification
18. RHB reserves the right to disqualify any of the entry(ies) based on the following:
a) Entry(ies) arising from Split Transactions, defined as follows :i. The Eligible Cardmember having multiple transactions of more than three (3) on the same day
using any of the Cardmember’s RHB Debit and/or Credit Card at the same card acceptance
terminal shall be disqualified.
ii. Void transactions more than once on the same day using the same card acceptance terminal
shall be disqualified.
b) Cardmembers who have conducted the purchases in a manner or pattern which is deemed
abnormal and shows an attempt to obtain an unfair advantage over other genuine Cardmembers
with normal card spending patterns.
General Terms & Conditions
19. RHB reserves the right provided that RHB has obtained the Winner’s consent to do the following:a. disclose their particulars to RHB's agents and suppliers for purposes of crediting the Prize(s); and
b. at their discretion, to use, publish and display the names and the last 4 digits of I/C numbers for
advertising and publicity purposes without any compensation paid.

20. RHB shall not be held liable for any default in respect of the Campaign due to any act of God, war, riot,
strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, technical or system failures or any event
beyond the reasonable control of RHB.
21. RHB reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign from time to time with twenty one
(21) calendar days prior notice given either by mailing the aforesaid notices to the participant or by
sending notice of the same via Short Messages Service (“SMS”) or electronic mail to the participator
displayed at RHB branches or websites or any other means of communication that may be deemed
appropriate by RHB. Any cancellation, termination or suspension of the Campaign by RHB shall not
entitle the participants to any claim or compensation against RHB for any loss or damage incurred by
the participant as a direct and/or indirect result of the cancellation, termination or suspension.
22. RHB reserves the right at its discretion provided that RHB has given notice of twenty one (21) calendar
days to the Eligible Cardmembers to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”)
from time to time either by mailing the aforesaid notices to the Eligible Cardmembers or by sending
notice of the same via SMS or electronic mail to the participant or displayed at RHB branches or websites
or any other means of communication that may be deemed appropriate by RHB.
23. RHB reserves the right to disqualify all entries from any participant in the Campaign and prohibit that
person from further participating in the Campaign in the event that there is a suspicion that the participant
tampered with or benefited from the tampering regulations of the Campaign or the Terms and Conditions
stated herein.
24. Winners are required to attend a prize presentation ceremony and other publicity programmes as and
when required at their own costs and expenses.
25. RHB’s decisions on all matters relating to the Campaign, including the determination of the Eligible
Cardmember and Winners, shall be final and conclusive and no further correspondence shall be
entertained.
26. By participating in the Campaign, the Eligible Cardmembers agree to be bound by the T&C stated herein.
