The Bankwest AFL Game Day Promotion (“Promotion”) will commence at 6:00pm WST on Friday 12
May 2017 and conclude at 11:59pm WST Friday 12 May 2017 (“Promotional Period”).

Promotion (“Bankwest”)
To be eligible for entry (“Entrant”) into the Promotion you must (“Eligibility Criteria”):
a. Attend the West Coast Eagles v Western Bulldog AFL Game at Domain Stadium;
b. Be 18 years of age or over or accompanied by a parent or guardian;
c. Be in your seat at the time of the draw;
d. Hold a valid ticket and;
e. Reside in Australia.
Employees and agents, and their immediate family, of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including
Bankwest) and the West Coast Eagles and their associated agencies and entities are not eligible to
enter the Promotion.
There is a limit of one entry per Entrant.
The winner of the competition (“Winner”) will be drawn by random hand selection by a
representative of Bankwest at Domain Stadium on Friday 15th May 2017 during half time of the game
(“Draw Date”).
The winner must provide a valid phone number, email address and residential address in order to
claim their prize.
Where the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to their parent or guardian.
There is one (1) prize to be won (“Prize”), consisting of a 1,000,000 More Rewards Points voucher
The total Prize pool value is 1,000,000 More Rewards points.
The Prize amount outlined in clause 8 will be handed to the successful winner during half time
The winner has 10 seconds, from the draw, to claim their prize. Prize is claimed by presenting a valid
ticket showing the winning seat number to the Bankwest representative. Where a Winner is unable or
is unwilling to accept the prize, or has been deemed ineligible, a new Winner will be drawn at Domain
Stadium immediately.
The Winner must redeem their Prize in a manner to be determined by Bankwest. Prize is to be
selected from the www.bankwestmorerewards.com.au website to the value of up to 1,000,000 More
Rewards points. Winner can select prizes up to, but not exceeding, 1,000,000 points and any points
not redeemed must be forfeited. The winner has 4 weeks to redeem their prize, if any Prize remains
unclaimed after 16 June 2017, the prize will be forfeited.
The Winner must accept their Prize ‘as is’ and acknowledge that Bankwest accepts no responsibility
for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize. The Winner should seek advice from the
Australian Tax Office or their own taxation advisor or independent financial adviser before accepting
the Prize.
The Winner will be contacted by a Bankwest representative within 10 business days of the draw to
redeem their prize.
The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or cashback to a Bankwest
account.
Points are redeemed in accordance with, and subject to, the Bankwest More Rewards Terms &
Conditions. Bankwest will use its best endeavours to provide the Prizes listed, although all Prizes are
subject to change at the Bankwest discretion. If the Prizes are unavailable for whatever reason,
Bankwest reserves the right to substitute for that Prize or item for a Prize or item of an equivalent
value subject to any written directions given under applicable trade Promotion laws and regulations.
18. Points values of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on Bankwest More
Rewards website are current at the time of display. These point values are subject to variation
without notice. We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions
and point values. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of
the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. Bankwest reserves the right to alter
any of the conditions, benefits or services without notification. Reward products are available while
stocks last. Please allow up to 28 days for the delivery of your reward. Bankwest accepts no
responsibility for loss or damage to any of the Prizes whilst in transit.
19. Bankwest’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. The winner consents to Bankwest contacting them via the contact details provided
21. If, for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Bankwest may take any action
that may be available including cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion,
subject to applicable legislation.
22. Bankwest reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and Entrants and reserves the right to
disqualify any Entrant for tampering with the entry process or if the Entrant is engaged in any
unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the
Promotion. Bankwest’s right to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are
reserved. Failure by Bankwest to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver.
23. Bankwest reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who does not meet the
Eligibility Criteria.
24. Bankwest collects the winner’s information in order to conduct the Promotion and provide any
goods/services requested and may, for that purpose, disclose such information to third parties,
including, but not limited to, prize suppliers or a regulatory authority and for any purpose to which
the entrant has previously consented, including but not limited to, future promotional, marketing and
publicity purposes. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information held
by Bankwest by calling 13 17 19.
25. To the extent permitted by law, Bankwest and its related entities and its and their respective
directors, officers, employees and agents, will not be liable for any personal injury, loss or damage
whatsoever which is suffered or sustained (including, but not limited to) indirect or consequential,
financial or other loss, resulting from taking part in the Promotion, to or by an Entrant.
26. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or
modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as
well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the
States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot
by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, Bankwest (including its respective
officers, employees and agents) is not liable for (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any
loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether indirect, special or consequential, arising in
any way out of the promotion.
27. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Western Australia and each Entrant
agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Western Australia.
