am developing and the play is wholly original with me (except to the extent that it may contain material which is in the
public domain). I warrant that I have not granted, assigned, encumbered, or otherwise disposed of any right, title, or
interest in or to the play; that the play does not violate, conflict with, or infringe upon any rights of any person, firm, or
corporation; and that I have the sole and exclusive right to the play I have submitted. If selected for the RLTP National
Residency, I agree to make all reasonable efforts to attend RLTP National Residency programming, as scheduled and
agreed to between myself and Road Less Traveled Productions. I consent to allow RLTP to present two (2) public readings
of my play and to promote my play and my participation in the RLTP National Residency program. I recognize that I will
receive no additional compensation for the two public readings of my play beyond the travel, accommodation, and
development expenses that RLTP has committed to.
