Congratulations on being offered a spot on the 2015-16 seasonal team roster!
CCSC hopes that you will enjoy learning and growing with the club, your coaches,
and teammates. As part of the registration process, we would like you to fully
understand your commitment to your team, your club, and yourself. Please be
mindful of our expectations from you as a club player.
1. I will show honor in my sport. I will conduct myself in a manner that
represents good sportsmanship, whether my team wins or loses.________
2. I will always respect my team mates, coaches, managers, and parents. I will
not tolerate disrespectful behavior on or off the field. I will refrain from
making negative comments to others. I will be encouraging only. ________
3. I will come to practices and games on time. If I cannot make it to either, I
understand that it is my responsibility to let my coach know. __________
4. I will always use proper gear. This includes shin guards, cleats, and uniforms. I
understand that I may be asked to sit out if I am not prepared. It is for my
safety. ___________
5. I will try my best. Whether at practice or game days, I understand that my
team depends on me. I will not let them down. _____________
6. I understand that other players have strengths and weaknesses, just like me. I
will encourage my team mates to do their best. _____________
7. During games, I will not question the calls of the coaches, referees, or club
officials. I will show sportsmanship and responsibility in my team’s win or
defeat. ____________
8. My team and I deserve to play in a safe environment free from alcohol, drugs,
profanity, and violent behavior. If I feel threatened at any time, I will tell my
coach, manager, or referee immediately. ____________
9. I will respect my coaches and officials regardless of race, sex, creed, or
abilities. I expect to be treated the same. ____________
10. I will remember to have fun and learn this year. ____________
I acknowledge that I understand this contract. Failure to comply with this
contract may result with my suspension from the team and/or disciplinary action
from the club.
