content in the United States, announces the launch of Lady Luck® social casino for a newly-formed
interactive division of Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. (“Isle of Capri”) developed on GAN’s proprietary
Simulated Gaming™ platform designed specifically for US land-based casino operators.
Isle of Capri is the owner and operator of 14 casino properties across the United States. The
LadyLuck.com responsive web application and counterpart native mobile apps for Apple and Android
devices were custom-developed by GAN over a multi-month period in H1 2016 in order to meet the
requirements of a major multi-property US casino operator and deliver a unique and differentiated
product experience to serve the specific needs of their existing casino patrons as well as the broader
social casino market.

Highlights

Launch of Simulated Gaming™ experience became available as of the 25th July 2016 principally
via www.LadyLuck.com. Counterpart mobile native applications followed for Android and Apple
mobile devices. Later in the year, Isle of Capri expects to launch GAN’s casual skill-based mobile
gaming application ‘Lady Luck® Solitaire’, designed to support user acquisition marketing of the
Lady Luck® social casino.

