AGREEMENT
I hereby apply for membership of the KYALAMI COUNTRY CLUB and agree that upon my
acceptance as a member of the Club, I shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the
Constitution and By-laws of the Club. I hereby acknowledge that the Club is in no way responsible
for any injury, loss or damage sustained by me or my family when using or arising out of the Club’s
sporting or transport facilities, and indemnify the Club in respect of any such claims.

RULES REGARDING PLAYING TIMES
Full member may play any time
Midweek member* (may play am and pm on weekdays and Sunday pm)
Midweek Morning* (member may play on weekday mornings and Sunday pm)
* Neither category is entitled to play on Saturday am or pm nor Sunday am, or on the am of a Public holiday, should this
occur midweek.
Any member of the above categories, are eligible to pay the reduced Midweek morning green fee, if playing on a Midweek
morning.
Country member must reside outside a 75 km radius of the Club and may only play once per month at member rates.
Junior U/18 including existing members turning 18 in the fiscal year
Intermediate 19 to 35
excluding existing members turning 36 in the fiscal year
NB: Members turning 36 in the fiscal year move to full membership
Social members may NOT play at member rates and NOT on the weekends
