In accordance with the City of New Haven ordinance, the following definitions apply:
IN ORDER TO QUALIFY AS A RESIDENT: You must be a resident of the City of New
Haven or a resident of the Town of East Haven. Proper identification is required in the form
of a valid driver’s license and a current residential real estate tax bill to verify residency.
Three additional forms of identification may be required for those individuals who do not
have a valid driver’s license or residential real estate tax bill.
SENIOR: Is defined as any individual who is sixty-two years of age or older.
JUNIOR: Is defined as any individual who is seventeen years of age or younger.
FAMILY MEMBERSHIP: Limited to father and/or mother and any children seventeen years
of age or younger within the same family.

I understand that the season pass is non-refundable and non-transferable, and allows for
unlimited golf for the 2017 golf season. I further understand that in addition to the annual fee
above, that I must register in the pro shop and pay the applicable greens fee surcharge prior to
every round of golf.
