Welcome to the SEAMO Billing Services (SBS) billing information direct access portal! Your account has been created and can be viewed by following the steps listed below. Please note you will be accessing your billing information using Citrix and CabMD software: If you currently have access to Citrix software, please go on to the next step. If you do not have access to Citrix software, please call (613-5496666 ext. 4357) or email the KGH Help Desk to gain access. The Help Desk will provide you with a username and password. IT specialists at the KGH Help Desk are the only people who can provide access to Citrix software, regardless of where you work. Hotel Dieu, Providence Care, KGH and Queen’s employees must all contact the KGH Help Desk for access. Launch the Google Chrome web browser on your computer (graphic). If you do not have Google Chrome (a free web browser for Mac, Windows and Linux computers) click here to download and install it on any computer(s) you will be using to access your billing information. NOTE: If you are logging in from a KGH network computer, please contact the KGH Help Desk to download Google Chrome. Google Chrome is the only browser that will support the billing information software. If you will be accessing your billing information INTERNALLY AT KGH USING A KGH NETWORK COMPUTER, follow these steps: o Launch Google Chrome o Type seamobilling/ in the address bar o This screen will appear: o Enter the username and password provided to you by the KGH Help Desk to access Citrix software. Note for KGH employees: the username and password used here are the same ones you use to login to the KGH network. Using the drop-down menu in the “Domain” section, change the Domain to “KGH” o You are now logged in and can view your billing information. o If you have any questions about these instructions, please call 613-767-8864 or email: [email protected] or [email protected]. If you are accessing your billing information remotely FROM A COMPUTER OUTSIDE OF KGH, INCLUDING YOUR HOME COMPUTER, follow these steps: o Launch Google Chrome o Type remote.kgh.on.ca into the address bar o This screen will appear: o Enter the username and password provided to you by the KGH Help Desk to access Citrix software. Note for KGH employees: the username and password used here are the same ones you use to login to the KGH network. o Using the drop-down menu in the “Domain” section, change the Domain to “KGH” o On the screen depicted below, click “CabMD – Seamobilling” o A file called “launch.ica” will automatically download. Click this file to open. If it does not open automatically, go to www.citrix.com, click on the “Downloads” tab at the top of the page and select “Citrix Receiver” from the drop-down menu. Click on the version of the Citrix Receiver that works with your computer (e.g. Mac or Windows). You will be asked to download and install the receiver onto your computer (a Citrix Receiver icon may appear on your desktop). It will look like this: o Click on the icon to install the receiver. Follow the instructions when prompted. o When the download is complete, you will be asked to add an account. Click the box that says “Add Account”. o You will be prompted to enter your work email or server address provided by your IT department. Use the server address remote.kgh.on.ca o You will be asked to log on to On Virtual Apps o Enter the domain “KGH” and your user name (same as the Citrix and KGH remote login information) in this manner: kgh\Yourusername o When asked for a password, use the same one from the Citrix and KGH remote login information. o Close the app screen (bright green screen) that appears. o Go back to the launch.ica file you downloaded earlier and click on it to start it. o The Citrix icon will appear in your menu bar: o When it launches, the following screen will appear: o The username is your Citrix and remote KGH login username. The password is your Citrix and remote KGH login password.
