BASKETBALL DRILLS AND PRACTICE PLANS
Use the following practice plans in full or in part to assist your
training schedule. The amount of skills and drills ran per session
will depend on your teams’ skill level and capacity. If your team
needs alternate drills (for example based on an up and coming
game), then rearrange the practice plan to suit the situation.
There’s also a blank practice form to print at the end of this
document to allow you to make new practice plans.
