The mission of making disciples who Love God, Love People, and
Reach the World is now extending beyond the Covington
Campus. The strategy to continue expanding ECC, the influence of
the disciples, and spreading the gospel of hope in our community,
will include multi-site campuses. We have entered a season of
stewardship which includes contributions to the ACTIVATE Fund.
It is the goal of ECC to:
 establish fully-functioning, disciple-making, ECC multi-site campuses around
East Metro Atlanta
 eliminate current debt to free-up resources for ministry
 fund capital projects at the Covington Campus
 and support new churches in India
Would you prayerfully consider partnering with ECC on this life-changing
initiative? (Please use the ACTIVATE envelope provided at the Information
Center or write “ACTIVATE” in the memo line of your check.) Thank you.
Total ACTIVATE giving-to-date:
$308,541.00

Adventureland
Adventureland is a Sunday morning preschool
environment for children 8 weeks – 4 years old. Our
goal is to introduce children to their loving, Heavenly
Father – that they might know Him and love Him. Each
classroom is equipped with approved leaders who actively engage children in
God-centered activities such as Bible lessons, worship, crafts, Scripture memory,
and free play. Through these activities, our intent is to nurture faith in each child,
laying spiritual foundations that can last a lifetime. Sunday’s at 9:00 & 10:45 a.m.
E-town
E-town is a children’s ministry uniquely designed with
kindergarteners-5th graders in mind! Kids will
experience a safe, fun, and age-appropriate
environment where the Bible is taught in creative and
relevant ways. Sunday’s at 9:00 & 10:45 a.m.

an opportunity to become a Ministry Partner (member) with Eastridge
Many churches call their committed church-goers “Members.” But
membership implies a certain set of rights and privileges. We believe
that the Body of Christ is made up of many parts, all of which are equally
important. The church is not a country club, rather it is a group of
believers who are partnering together to
fulfill the Great Commission of Jesus...
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in
the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.
Matthew 28:19-20
So, Eastridge prefers the phrase, “Ministry Partner” instead of Member.
Ministry Partnership includes attending, serving, giving and participating
in biblical community. This journey begins at Starting Point. We offer a
quarterly Starting Point class where you'll learn the vision and values of
Eastridge. This two hour class will introduce you to several ministry
leaders and give you the chance to dialogue with each one. There will be
plenty of time for questions, a tour of the campus, and time for fellowship
too. We will discuss what a disciple looks like and some steps to growing
in your faith. And at the end of the class you'll have an opportunity to
become a Ministry Partner with Eastridge.

NEXT Sunday, October 12 (begins at 9:00 a.m.)
Sign-up on the Connect Card, at the Connect Center or by emailing us
at [email protected], once signed up you will receive
additional details about the class.
Through your faithful giving, Eastridge has
raised $25,237.19 for our “Reach The World”
offering this quarter and you have given over
$75,000 for missions this year. This means
that locally people can find shelter, food,
and clothing; pregnant mothers can
receive resources, counseling and hope; kids
can meet Jesus at church camp; and globally
we can show God’s love to people in Mexico,
Honduras, Ethiopia and India.
