KATRINA AND HER TEAM WOW COWS AT !AIMAB SUPERFARM

“I get up every morning for the love of my calves and cows on the Superfarm!”, says Katrina
Links, star of the recently launched The Nammilk Way Campaign by Namibia Dairies – a
subsidiary of the Ohlthaver & List (O&L) Group of Companies. “We believe happy healthy cows
produce the highest quality milk, contributing to a happy healthy nation of families that can
contribute to a healthy Namibian nation,” she adds.
Katrina - Team Leader/Mother and senior cow handler who stars in the first advert of the
Nammilk Way campaign - has been working at Namibia Dairies for thirteen (13) years. She
explains that her typical day starts at 7 o’clock in the morning. Katrina’s team bottle-feeds every
single calf and makes sure they are comfortable, supplying them with fresh water and food. The
team dedicates their lives towards the care of the calves and when the feeding process is
repeated once more, they make sure all the young ones are safe and sound for the night, before
going home.
“We love our calves like our own children and we also name a special one every now and
again”, says Katrina. "It's such a privilege to work on the Superfarm knowing that we are
contributing towards a healthier happier lifestyle of Namibians and the economy as a whole! We
utterly enjoy our work at the Superfarm and we are very proud to contribute towards Namibia
Dairies, the Ohlthaver & List Group and the overall community who benefit from our products”,
concluded Katrina.
