2. You will need to hold your cursor over “Assignments” and then
under “Manage” you will click “Enter Scores”. A screenshot could
not be made for this step.
3. You will be given items that are available to score. If you do not
see the assessment you will need to set the date accordingly. Click
the assessment you would like to score.
4. You will be given a list of students. If students have been scored
you will see a percentage. Any student that has not been scored
you will see a “Requires Scoring” message. Click the circle next to
the student that still requires scoring. Then, click “Score”.
5. You will be taken to a screen that will contain all of the open
ended questions from the assessment. You will be able to see the
question along with the student’s response. Click on the arrow in
the “Score” box. You can also write comments for the student to
view.
6. Below is an example of a scored question along with a comment.
Please know that questions range in point total.
7. You will continue this process until all questions are graded. When
you are finished grading every question click “Save” at the very
bottom of the screen.
8. You will see this pop-up. Click “Yes”.
9. You will be taken to the following page. If you still have students
to score you will click on the arrow which will provide you with a
drop down list of students. Select the next student that you would
like to score their assessment and repeat the process. If this was
your last student to score do nothing more at this time.
