ELIGIBILITY: Open to all Florida USATT members. USATT
memberships are available on this entry form.
Members must
provide proof of current membership or purchase a membership or
one time only “tournament pass”. Players must reside and work in
the State of Florida for more than 90 days prior to play in this
tournament. (Proofs of residency and work might be requested)

FORMAT: Giant Round Robin. Players will be grouped using the
ratings system in accordance with USATT Tournament Guide. Ties
will be broken in accordance with the USATT Tournament Guide.
All matches will be 3 out of 5 games. Each group will consist
maximum of 10 players, otherwise will be notice before the
tournament start.

RACKETS: ITTF/USATT-approved red & black…In accordance
with new USATT rules, we ask that no gluing be done on site.

CLOTHING: The USATT Dress Code applies (No White Shirts)
3.2.2.2. The main color of a shirt, skirt or shorts, other than sleeves
and collar of a shirt shall be clearly different from that of the ball in
use.
RULES: The Laws of Table Tennis by the ITTF and all USATT
regulations will be enforced.

Playing surface – Vinyl Gym Floors.
DEADLINE: Entries must be received by November 16th (48 hours
prior to tourney time) with fees or have made special
arrangements with Coach Hung Tran otherwise.
REFUNDS: Cancellations prior to November 16th will be refunded.
“No Shows” without notification will not be refunded. Late medical
cancellation refunds are at the tournament directors’ discretion and
will be conditional upon finding a replacement player.

North or Southbound on John Young Parkway, turn into the ‘Shader
Business Park’. Facility says “CLEARONE BADMINTON” on the
largest building. Also a large green “PING PONG CLUB” at the
entrance!
