On March 23, we told our story – and we stood together. Thanks to all members who served as the “voice of business” by participating in the 19th Annual Duluth & St. Louis County at the Capitol event. Legislators appreciated hearing directly from businesspeople, and special lobby teams filled the Minnesota Senate Building and State Office Building to advocate for projects seeking
bonding requests.

Congratulations, Mentor Duluth Graduates
On April 14, Fuse Duluth celebrated the success and achievements of the 2016 Mentor Connection graduating class. The program has effectively
connected college students with the business community for over eight years. Participants enjoyed fantastic food and camaraderie at the event,
which was held at the Lake Superior Zoo Pavilion. They also enjoyed hearing from Lindsay Kern of maurices on why maurices supports the
Mentor Connection program and the Fuse Duluth mission: “Developing Young Leaders to Strengthen Our Community.”

an extremely successful service project in March. The dedicated team took on the Duluth Diaper Drive and collected 20,471 diapers
and $540 to help local families keep their babies dry and healthy.
