Main Findings
We Overestimate:
How much information that employers need on the benefits of ApprenticeshipsW
We Underestimate:
How much information that employers need the availability of funding and grants
How much help they would like with recruitment and induction
How much they would like online guidance and FAQ availability
How much support they feel they need from the Training Provider

know about that process.
You will prepare a 10-15 minute presentation on your case specific findings to the
group. Please provide legible notes to support your presentation. A further 5 minutes
will be used for Q&A/clarification post presentation
Read the brief and use the sample questions to frame your presentation, although the
questions suggested are only a guide and you may wish to include other information
that you feel may be suitable.

The Next Steps
Let’s consider the following:
• What commitment can we make to our employers?
• How can we strengthen our proposition?
• “Can I get involved in developing materials/best practice?”
 Recording CPD
 Time
 Content
• What will you do differently?
