B. School-to-Work Infraction document This document is included electronically for easy entry
of your company’s/ business’s consequences for workplace infractions. Please enter a career
or position title and the consequence for the infraction. You may enter multiple positions for
your company if you’d like. This worksheet is used for counseling students on the result in the
workplace of infractions they see committed or are committing in school.

E. Sophomore Site Visit ideas for Human Services: Rockford Rescue Mission, Carpenter’s Place,
Growth Enterprises, Academic Advisors at RU or RVC, Lifescape/Meals on Wheels Other
ideas? Send to Judy.
F. Capstone recruits: Are you willing and able to support Ms. Wedig’s Senior Capstone
students as they develop their projects? We are seeking adult mentors to work with individual
students or small groups, once, occasionally, or on an ongoing basis. See attachment for
students’ project ideas. Mrs. Wedig is also interested in your support in presenting to students
on the topics of professional conduct, presentation skills, and fielding questions (from a panel
of assessors). Both these presentations and the mentoring will take place during 2 nd period
(9:25-10:15), days and dates to be arranged for your convenience. Questions or to volunteer:

B. PBL Request for AST members to serve as audience and to give feedback to
students presenting public service announcements in Mrs. Frazer’s senior
government classes on Dec. 16 (3rd period 10:20-11:10 and 8th period 2:55-3:45).

C. HPS World Give Day: HPS seeking a service opportunity for students in each of the
academy’s pathways for the end of April. The project can be at the business or on
campus. Nicholas Conservatory and Midway Village would take students. Other
