My Dreams are not your dreams…my passion is not
your passion
•
The effect you have on others is the most valuable currency there is…
•
You are ready and able to do beautiful things in this world
•
She who says she can and she who says she can’t are both usually right
•
What do you want to be remembered for?
•
The fight you gotta fight is in your mind
•
If you are number one you gotta act like you are number two trying to get to
number 1
•
You are replaceable on your roster
•
It not matters the number of hours you put but the what you are putting in
those hours
•
Today is the best day to start
WHERE TO GO
To get to your destination you must know where to start

COACHING PHILOSOPHY
To provide an environment in which all athletes
can grow, physically, emotionally, and
intellectually
Athletes in the process
“A series of actions or steps taken in order to
achieve a particular end”
Self Responsible, Take charge of their lives,
Proactive in decision-making
Virtues
Teamwork, focus, self-confidence, leadership,
determination, sacrifice, respect, and the ability
to set and achieve goals
PHILOSOPHY
Know athletes on a personal basis as I expect
them to know each other on personal level
Yelling and swearing at players and officials is not
part of any sport
Play their sport with respect and class
I will play no individual who does not abide the
team concept
Education comes before sports
To provide leadership in an environment that
