Why Choose Well? • Choosing the right service allows you to receive the right treatment in the right place •Busy emergency services can help those who need them most •Treatment is given in the shortest possible time SELF CARE The first option in the Choose Well Guide is Self Care. ADVICE NHS Direct 0845 46 47 Community pharmacy Health Visitor Practice Nurse COMMUNITY SUPPORT Community pharmacies – advice & signposting Third Sector (voluntary organisations) – can offer support in a variety of ways e.g. Diabetes UK, locally run support groups.
