THANK YOU FOR BOOKING AN EXCLUSIVE EVENING HIRE
An epic way to party for up to 60 children
BEFORE THE PARTY:
Upon enquiry we are happy to provisionally hold any private hire slot for up to 7 days after which a
non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
On payment of your deposit you will receive a guest list to complete and bring with you to the party.
The hire does not include food or drink but lunchboxes boxes are available to order in advance for
£2.95pp. These contain a small sandwich, carrot sticks, crisps, a chocolate treat and a cup of squash.
To ensure everyone receives their preferred sandwich choice it is helpful if you are able to tell us in
advance who would like which filling (cheese, tuna, jam or chocolate spread), if this is unknown a
selection will be provided. Please advise us in advance of any allergies or special dietary
requirements so we can do our best to accommodate these.
1 WEEK BEFORE THE PARTY:
Please confirm final numbers and settle the balance at least 7 days before the date of the party.
Extra guests (up to the maximum of 60) can usually be catered for provided we have 48hours notice.
ON PARTY DAY:
Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your party as the doors will not be open before
this. If you have brought a Birthday Cake and/or party bags please hand these to reception for
presentation later.
Don’t forget to bring your guest list! All guests will be signed-in as they arrive.
You have exclusive use of JANGALA for 2hours enabling the children to enjoy the massive play frame
uninterrupted by others and plentiful seating for you and your adult guests. The hire period runs
from 6-8pm Monday to Thursday and 6.30-8.30pm Friday and Saturday.
If you wish to run a tab for your guests we can accommodate this; drinks and counter snacks are
available to purchase but please note kitchen service is not available.
If you have ordered sandwich boxes these will be brought to you part way through the party. At this
time a member of staff can present the Birthday Cake (don’t forget to bring one!) and lead the
singing of Happy Birthday. The staff member will then remove the cake for cutting and wrapping and
leave the children to their meal under the supervision of their parents.
A cup of squash is provided with each sandwich box only, additional jugs of squash may be purchased
from the counter if required.
Parties last 2hours. When the party is over a member of staff will call the children from the
playframe before handing out any party bags and cake. Thank you.

HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please note only food purchased in JANGALA may be consumed on the premises, guests wishing to bring food due
to allergy or other reasons must make prior arrangement with the Manager.
JANGALA is decorated for your enjoyment; please do not bring confetti, party poppers or piñatas.





PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS will only be held for 7 days, and must be secured with a £50 deposit within this
time.
THE BALANCE is payable at least 7 days prior to the hire, if not received then the hire shall be presumed
cancelled.
SEMI-EXCLUSIVE MORNING HIRE IS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 40 CHILDREN, EXCLUSIVE EVENING HIRE IS
FOR A MAXIMUM OF 60. If numbers rise above this a £5.60 admission fee will be charged per additional
child.
EXTRA GUESTS (up to the maximum of 40 for morning hire and 60 for evenings) can usually be catered for
provided we have 48 hours notice. Refunds for unused sandwich boxes will not be given for children who
do not attend.
BANJO THE BEAR VISITS MUST BE PRE-BOOKED and are of approximately 10minutes duration. He may
visit at any time, e.g. during the cake presentation or at the end of the party depending on party type.
BANJO visits are subject to staff availability, the visit charge will be refunded if we have to cancel him due












to unforeseen staffing difficulties. BANJO must not be requested to lift any child, but does love his
photograph being taken!
PRICES are subject to change without notice.
PARTY BAG/PACK contents may vary.
LUNCH BOX selection may vary. We cannot guarantee our party foods to be nut or allergen free.
DEPOSITS are non-refundable but may be transferred to an alternative booking provided sufficient notice
is given.
WE MUST RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL ANY BOOKING. JANGALA will not be liable for any
expenditure or loss incurred as a result of the cancellation.
NO “SUB-HIRING” OR CHARGING FOR ENTRANCE PERMITTED.
CHILDREN REMAIN THE RESPONSIBILITY OF, AND MUST BE SUPERVISED BY, PARENTS/GUARDIANS
ATTENDING THE PARTY AT ALL TIMES. JANGALA staff are not responsible for supervision of the children.
Parties with insufficient responsible adults present may be refused. We recommend at least 1 adult per 5
children.
GUESTS’ GOOD CONDUCT is the responsibility of the hirer, in particular foul language or aggressive
manners will not be tolerated.
ADULTS USING THE PLAYFRAME DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK; JANGALA does not accept responsibility for
any injuries sustained howsoever caused.
THE NORMAL JANGALA RULES OF PLAY APPLY at all times, in particular socks must be worn.
HIRE LASTS 2HOURS, any party guest wishing to stay on and play after the party (mornings only) will
need to pay the normal entrance fee to continue using the facilities.
