Kids’ Chance of Nebraska is proud to provide post-secondary and trade
school scholarships to the children of Nebraska workers who have been
severely or fatally injured in a workplace accident. We are a non-profit
organization raising funds for educational opportunities for these children to
pursue their education, reach their goals, and fulfill their dreams for the
future.
This year’s golf event will be held Thursday, July 20th at Iron Horse Golf
Club. Iron Horse Golf Club is located between Mahoney State Park and
Ashland, NE, just minutes from Omaha and Lincoln. This unique golf course
is built around an old rock quarry and features incredible views and
exceptional course conditions.
Registration & lunch will begin at 11:00 am followed by golf at 12 pm.

The cost for this event is only $100 per golfer. This price includes 18 holes
of golf, riding cart, lunch, and the chance to win some great prizes.
There will be an awards presentation and raffle drawings directly after golf
at the Iron Horse Clubhouse.

With a hole sponsorship, you have the opportunity to have a sign at a
designated hole or you can have a representative at the hole. A portion
of each sponsorship will be used towards a flag prize or the overall
tournament prizes. Please note that you are responsible to provide your
own sign. Limited to the 1st 18 RSVPs.
** Lunch donations will be on a first come, first serve, basis. If we have
already reached the amount needed to cover lunch, your donation will
be applied towards another prize.
*** Donations can be in the form of cash, gift cards or gifts. In your RSVP,
please indicate which type of gift you plan to donate.
If you will be providing a gift card for the raffle, please purchase it in
advance and submit it along with this form.
