1. Do I have to be a current Players Cardholder to buy the Unlimited Winter Golf Card?
a. No, if you currently are not a 2013 or 2014 Players Cardholder, you can still purchase
the Unlimited Winter Golf Card at the public rate. However, if you purchase a 2014
Players Card at the same time, you will save $25 off the purchase price of the
Unlimited Winter Golf Card.
2. Is my Unlimited Winter Golf Card valid at other Oki Golf properties than the one I purchased
it at?
a. No, the Unlimited Winter Golf Card is only valid at the property where purchased.
3. Can I buy an Unlimited Winter Golf Card at multiple properties?
a. Yes, you can purchase an Unlimited Winter Golf Card at each property to use at said
property.
4. Are golf carts included with the Unlimited Winter Golf Card?
a. Golf cart rental is not included with the Unlimited Winter Golf Card with the exception
of The Golf Club at Newcastle, The Golf Club at Redmond Ridge or Washington
National Golf Club. Golf carts will be available to rent for $15 per person at all other
courses.
5. Are there any restrictions to when I can play?
a. There are no restrictions during the weekdays (Monday – Friday) but during the
weekend (Saturday – Sunday) play is restricted to after 11:00am.
6. What if I want to play at a different Oki Golf course than the one where I purchased the
Unlimited Winter Golf Card?
a. You are always welcome to play any of our public properties at the Players Card
posted rates for the desired tee time.
7. How far in advance can I make tee times for my Unlimited Winter Golf Card?
a. Tee times can be made up to 7 days prior through the Oki Golf website or by
contacting the properties golf shop during normal business hours.
8. If I purchase an Unlimited Winter Golf Card and I bring a friend to play, do they get Players
Card rates for their round?
a. No. Any friends or guests playing with you will need to be either a current Players
Cardholder or they can purchase a 2014 Players Card at the golf shop or an
Unlimited Winter Golf Card and receive the benefits immediately; otherwise they pay
the daily fee rate.
9. If I purchase an Unlimited Winter Golf Card and I wasn’t previously a Players Cardholder,
how long do my Players Card benefits last?
a. By purchasing the Unlimited Winter Golf Card and not having been or becoming a
Players Cardholder, your Players Card benefits will expire on March 31, 2014.
10. Can I purchase an Unlimited Winter Golf Card on the Oki Golf website?
a. Yes, the Unlimited Winter Golf Card is available to purchase at www.okigolf.com.
11. Are there additional fees on the day of play with the Unlimited Winter Golf Card?
a. Only Newcastle Golf Club, Redmond Ridge and Washington National have an
additional greens fee for each round as listed in their terms and conditions. The other
public courses do not have any required fees on the day of play unless a player
wishes to rent a golf cart.
12. If the weather causes me to quit my round early, are there rain checks available?
a. With the Unlimited Winter Golf Card, there are no rain checks for future rounds due to
inclement weather or other circumstances causing the golfer to stop their round
before completion.
13. Can I purchase an Unlimited Winter Golf Card and give it as a gift to someone?
a. Of course, the Unlimited Winter Golf Card would make an excellent gift to another
golfer.
14. If I’m already a Players Cardholder will my current Players Card account be used for the
Unlimited Winter Golf Card?
a. Yes, we will add the Unlimited Winter Golf activity to your account and you will only
need to show your current Players Card to receive the benefits.
15. If I’m not a current Players Cardholder, what do I need to do to purchase the Unlimited
Winter Golf Card program?
a. The property golf shops will have an application that will need to be filled out so we
can enter your information into our system for quick check-in at the course.
