The customisable maintenance system.
DMG MORI Service Agent is an intelligent maintenance system designed to increase
the availability of your DMG MORI machines. DMG MORI Service Agent notifies you of
necessary repair work in good time and supports you with the work. The actual machine
running time is automatically read from the PLC and recorded.
Based on this data, you will be able to plan maintenance work and will be supported
by computer-generated documentation that will help you carry out necessary maintenance
work yourself.

Reminders for maintenance
and service work
Upcoming maintenance and service work is automatically
initiated on the basis of actual machine running times.
Once the predefined running time is reached, a maintenance
notification appears with information such as the machine
number and the necessary work. DMG MORI Service Agent
deactivates DMG MORI Machine Check. DMG MORI Service
Agent then generates all maintenance intervals (including
the 2,000-hour notification) which can be viewed on screen.
Maintenance support
Independent maintenance can dramatically reduce service
costs. The built-in maintenance guide describes and
simplifies the work to be carried out. You can also open
the documentation, drawings and photos that have been
compiled especially for your machine.

Configurable advance notifications can determine what
replacement parts are required and draft an order before
maintenance work is due. Replacement parts can be
selected and ordered from your DMG MORI service team
by post or email, or a quotation can be requested.

easily identifiable with the machine number, machine
type and a name.

Control system connection
Modern control systems have an Ethernet interface for
sending information. The status notifications required
by DMG MORI Service Agent are available for certain
software versions. We strongly recommend that you
contact your DMG MORI service team if you would like
to connect existing machine control systems.
All operator actions are assigned to each machine and
displayed. The logbook allows the user to track all events
with a date and time stamp.
Email notification
The automatic notification feature with built-in user
administration notifies you of upcoming maintenance
and service work in due time.
