PROGRAM SPONSOR INFORMATION
The WTS Central Florida Chapter hosts programs throughout the year that focus on networking, understanding current
transportation trends, developing business and technical skills of our members, and supporting future generations of
women in transportation. Sponsorship not only helps us continue our mission, but provides your organization with an
opportunity for positive publicity. As a sponsor, you will be recognized with:
 Outreach materials for each program will include your logo at sponsor level. We offer a contact list of over 600
Central Florida transportation professionals. We will send at least two emails for each event.
 Public recognition at the event. Thank-you is part of our program!
 Sponsor Wall of Fame. We will maintain a 2017 wall of fame with your logo displayed at each event.
Program sponsor levels are Friend, Supporter, and Partner as outlined below:
 At the Friend level ($250), you will be recognized at the event and receive one complimentary ticket to the event.
We will also display logos on screen before the speakers begin.
 The Supporter level ($500) adds to the Friend level benefits with a second ticket to the event and the ability to have
your organization’s materials at the sign-in table. Only two supporter level sponsorships will be available for the
quarterly lunch programs.
 The Partner level ($750) increases the Supporter level to four program tickets and the opportunity to introduce the
moderator for the lunch programs. For this reason, only one partner sponsorship will be available for the quarterly
lunch programs. Due to the nature of the event, additional partner and supporter sponsors are available for A Walk
in Her Shoes.
