Q2. Please list the organisations to which individuals belonged when they were issued cards or
passes.
Q3. In each year how many of these cards or passes have expired?
Q4. Which organisations have staff in possession of departmental identity cards or security
passes which are still valid in June 2014?
We replied:
A1. The Wales office has issued three security passes to non-departmental staff in 2013/14 and
none in 2011/12 and 2012/13.
A2. In 2013/14 the department issued security passes to staff in the Greater London Lieutenancy
as they rent accommodation in our building in London.
A3. None of the security passes issued in 2013/14 have expired.
A4. The Greater London Lieutenancy is the only organisation which has staff in possession of
security passes that are still valid in June 2014.
