LODGING INFORMATION
Approved dates of lodging for this course are the evenings of 18-22 August 2013
Lodging Check-In Location: Camp Dodge, Physical Fitness Center, Building 3395 (formally PT-01).
Billeting hours are 0700-2300. After 2300 check in with Camp Dodge Security at Main Gate.
All on post rooms are single accommodations, if you bring a guest it is your responsibility to pay the additional cost.
In order to have MCTC pay for a room, you need to sign up through MCTC for lodging. If you aren’t sure you have a
room, please call us.

Any additional nights must be pre-approved by MCTC or will be the responsibility of the student / agency.
Upon arrival at the lodging location to check in, please identify yourself as an MCTC student and provide the course
dates.

ATTIRE AND EQUIPMENT
While there is no dress code for MCTC courses, we suggest appropriate casual clothing.
Agency Identification must be provided the morning of registration
GENERAL INFORMATION
A photo ID is required by security at the front gate of Camp Dodge.
If you are not planning to attend the course, please contact us immediately so we can allow another student to attend.
No walk-ins or substitutions will be permitted the day the course begins. Substitutions are allowed; however please
call us to notify of the name change ahead of time.
Safety Regulations: The DoD prohibits talking on your cell phone while driving unless using a hands free device.
When riding a motorcycle you must wear a helmet, long sleeves and pants, gloves, footwear that covers the ankles
and a reflective belt

Main Gate to Student Parking Lot/MCTC Campus:
1.) Go around the loop until it turns into
Maintenance Drive heading North
2.) Take a right on 5th street heading East
3.) Turn left at the first stop sign heading North
4.) Turn right at 7th street heading East. The
student parking lot is on your right, and the
MCTC campus is on your left.
