The mission of the Texas Association of Administrators and Supervisors of Programs for
Young Children (TAASPYC) is to make an impact on early childhood education by uniting
and working together to provide a network of advocates of quality programs for
young children.

To assist in advocating for high quality programs for young children at state and
national levels.
