disruption” (ST3)
“I would prefer On line working to prove competency rather than endless lectures” (ST2)
“2 days of clinical work are wasted for the endless repetition of the same talks about the same
topics” (CMT3)
“In my experience mandatory training frequently takes several days & its focus is based upon
ticking a box for the trust rather than ways of working that are unique to the local
department” (ST5)
JD Project Manager: 90% of respondents said ‘as an alternative use of time’ introductions to
departmental guidelines, protocols and practice need to be improved as this will ‘directly
lower risk’
