Goal Statements

Physical Health: My goal is to eat more in the vegetable and fruit section of the food pyramid. To achieve this goal, I must get something for lunch in
the salad bar, and also at home, I will have to eat more of the lettuce and salads my parents make for me. According to

Social Health: For this goal, I shall always watch what I say to my brother, and think before I talk. In order to improve and measure that, I will give him
a sheet that says how much would you rate me, and then after I think I finished my goal, I’ll give him the same paper, and hope I improve. Every week,
I’ll give him the paper. I want to have a better relationship with him because according to

Mental Health: For the mental Health Goal, I should be more considerate and thoughtful of my actions. Therefore, I shall play more chess to boost my
intellect and thinking skills. According to
