Free Max Cards available to the first 1000 families to join Cheshire West and Chester's new Children with Additional Needs and Disability Register Cheshire West and Chester Council are excited to be offering FREE Max Cards to 1000 lucky families within the borough . The Max Card is a national discount scheme which has been created to make days out more affordable for families of children with special educational needs and disabilities aged 0-19 years. Over 60,000 families currently benefit from the scheme, using their cards to gain discounted admission into exciting attractions such as Legoland, Tenpin Bowling and Go Ape!
