This is a formal agreement between Creekwalk Aussies Miniature Australian Shepherds (“SELLER”) and

SELLER Guarantees & Responsibilities:









SELLER agrees to have puppy/dog ready for pickup by BUYER on pickup date identified above
SELLER will have the above said puppy/dog thoroughly examined by a licensed veterinarian before the
puppy/dog leaves our premises or via other mutual agreement.
If puppy is sold as a pet, SELLER will provide a National Stock Dog Registry Application to the BUYER
once proof is provided the puppy has been spayed or neutered.
SELLER guarantees the overall general health of the puppy until delivery.
SELLER guarantees that any and all medical conditions and/or irregularities identified through a
veterinarian examination are fully disclosed herein.
SELLER guarantees for 2 years from the date of sale for genetic conditions related to eyes, hips and heart
of the puppy. If the puppy is diagnosed with one of the above conditions by a licensed veterinarian, a
replacement puppy will be offered based on availability –OR- the BUYER may return the puppy to the
SELLER at their cost, minus handling/shipping or other costs paid not associated with the puppy itself.
Before a replacement puppy is provided, official medical records related to the diagnosis must be
presented. SELLER may opt to seek a second medical opinion, which is relevant to the decision on
whether a replacement puppy is provided. Refunds are not provided and SELLER assumes no financial
liability for any examination, diagnosis and/or treatment of the condition under any circumstance.
SELLER is not responsible for the effects of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) or the effects of any stress
related illness due to the puppy travels.
Dogs that are not a product of Creekwalk Aussies Miniature Australian Shepherds are not covered under
by this contract.
SELLER is relieved of all financial and legal responsibility once the puppy/dog leaves the custody of the
SELLER.
BUYER Guarantees & Responsibilities:









If the BUYER wishes to have a puppy reserved prior to sale, BUYER will pay SELLER a deposit of $200
($206 if paid via Paypal) in advance (Paypal transaction fee is not subtracted from overall cost)
If at the time of this agreement the puppy eye color has not been determined, the BUYER acknowledges
that there may be an additional cost of $50 if the puppy develops a single blue eye and $150 is the
puppy develops double blue eyes.
BUYER acknowledges that deposits are nonrefundable, except in the event that eye color has not yet
been determined, the puppy develops one or more blue eyes, and BUYER has indicated above in writing
he/she does not want any blue eyes. In this case, BUYER has the option to choose another available
puppy or have the deposit returned.
BUYER agrees to pay SELLER the agreed upon cost of the puppy (minus applicable paid deposit) on or
before the pickup date.
If a puppy is not picked up by the BUYER on the pickup date, a care fee of $1.00 a day for the first 7
days and $2.00 a day thereafter is applied. Any additional vaccinations that are completed during this
period are the responsibility of the BUYER.
BUYER may not sell, give or otherwise transfer custody of the puppy without prior notification to the
SELLER.
BUYER acknowledges he/she has been informed of the current medical history of the above said puppy
including the current status of immunity.
BUYER acknowledges he/she has been informed that the SELLER recommends that the buyer attend
obedience classes with their new puppy/dog and provide proper socialization after all immunizations have
been given.
BUYER is responsible for any and all transportation and cost associated with the puppy.

Although we go above and beyond to ensure that you puppy/dog is 100% free and clear of any internal or
external parasites this guarantee does not cover internal or external parasites as this is a common and treatable
condition.
In the event of a third party sale of the above said puppy/dog this contract is null and void. In the event of
litigation, the place of venue shall be Henrico County, Virginia. BUYER agrees to reimburse SELLER any and all expenses,
including court costs and reasonable attorney fees, in enforcing the terms and provisions of this contract.

CONTRACT ADDENDUM FOR SHOW/BREEDING PUPPY
SELLER has first right of refusal on all puppies sold with show/breeding rights, and must be resold to the SELLER
for the original purchase price only. SELLER is not responsible for the BUYER’s original shipping costs.
BUYER agrees not to breed the puppy unless he or she is free of disqualifying faults as determined by the breed
standard. BUYER will not breed the puppy if it doesn’t receive a passing grade for hips from OFA and/or PennHIP as well
as passing a CERF examination within one year prior to the breeding.
BUYER will only breed the puppy to a mate that has received a passing grade for hips from either OFA or
PennHIP as well as passing a CERF examination within one year prior to the breeding. No exceptions.
This contract is only valid if the breeder is still actively breeding Miniature American Shepherds. If Creekwalk
Aussies Miniature Australian Shepherds should conclude breeding, this contract is null and void.
