Play the games in any order until you are good at all of them. You should then be an expert. Tick the boxes at the bottom of the page when you can do each game well. The games should be fun and are intended to be flexible. For example they could be played daily for 10 minutes or twice a week for 15 minutes. How many catches can you do with a bounce? without a bounce? Watch the ball. How many catches can you do without dropping the ball? 2m3m 5 10 6 Throw and catch a tennis ball off a wall. 4 2 and 3 me tres Throw and catch a bouncy football off a wall. Let the ball bounce once on the floor. Then try catching the ball before it bounces. Throw and catch a tennis ball between you and your partner as you walk slowly opposite each other. 5 Make sure the ball bounces well. Keep in line with your partner. Get ready to catch. tres 2 me 2 Keep changing the direction frequently. 8 Throw and catch a tennis ball with your partner while one of you moves around slowly. Now speed it up. Kick a ball between you and your partner while one of you moves around slowly. Now speed up. Watch the ball. How many kicks can you return? 5 10 15 How many catches can you do in a row? 5 10 Without a bounce. 1 Throw a ball, beanbag, and quoit around a circle. This time when the leader calls change, start throwing in the opposite direction. CHANGE! How far down the hall can you walk? half the hall the whole hall How many catches can you do with a bounce? without a bounce? Tick each box when you can do the exercises really well Stand in a circle with a few other people. Throw a beanbag, ball and quoit around the circle in the same direction.
