CASE
Arne Essa Madsen from AEM Engineering met a number of potential
chinese business partners in connection with specific INBIOM network
activities in China, and he met a
chinese partner, who was interested
in a license to Danish biogas technology.
Food
Briquetted straw was not a wellknown concept when INBIOM in
spring 2012 contacted Mogens
Sloth Knudsen, CEO at C.F. Nielsen, which produces briquetting
machines, regarding a new logistics
project with funding from Central Denmark Region. Later on, a new company has been established as a result of the project.

The Danish Innovation Networks
INBIOM is one of 22 national innovation networks under the Danish Ministry of Higher
Education and Science. The networks unite scientists, companies and public authorities in the creation of innovation and growth and exist within sectors where Denmark is
particularly strong, e.g. energy, environmental technology, IT, food and more. They serve
as the framework for activities and projects that can inspire companies and scientists in
relation to new trends or technologies and testing of ideas to form new cooperations in
Denmark and abroad.
