Summer Jam Day Camp Handbook INTRODUCTION Welcome from the Founder & Director Welcome from Maria L. Adams-Lawton, Founder and Director of the Camp… Welcome! My name is Maria L. Adams-Lawton, and I am the camp’s founder and director. As you know, summer vacation can be strenuous for both parents and children. While parents often times cannot deviate from the demands of work schedules, children are often left unmonitored and as a result, children get into trouble. I have dedicated my time and energy to helping children find ways to enjoy summer. We are glad that you decided to enroll your child in Summer Jam Day Camp. We are equally excited to offer your child a safe, enriching environment filled with positive educational and recreational activities. The purpose of this handbook is to provide you and your child with useful information. I have many healthy, educational, developmental and recreational activities planned for this summer. My staff and I look forward to another exciting summer! If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact my staff at (313) 229 -8406 and (313) 848-1090 Thank you, Maria L.
