The remaining sections of this guide contain the listing of available documents provided by MoversSuite

Reporting Tools
Each category contains a list of documents and a general description. Further it contains a listing of
each document included in the category, along with a complete detailed listing of each file. The details
of each document are arranged as follows:
Section
Description
Title and Description
This section includes the report title and brief description of the document’s
purpose. It will also contain any special run-time instructions and other
related documents.
Parameters
Complete listing of run-time arguments needed by the program. Also
included in this section are any special conditions that may affect the report
or its output.
Report Grouping
Identify the ways in which the data within the report may be grouped.
Note:
All values included in the grouping will display within the output.
Header Information
This section lists data values present in a formal record header or are listed
within a grouping area of the report. It will include any group totaling that
may be in effect, such as the number of order records per branch.
Detailed Report Information
This section includes all the specific data values that will appear within the
report.
Report Totals
This section lists any totals that have been placed within the report as a
whole, such as grand totals for record counts.

Standard Report Listing
System-Generated Documents
In many cases, a document may list as system-generated. This indicates that MoversSuite supplies the
data of the parameters directly, and the user will have little, or no, access to the parameters.
System-generated documents will have a parameters list matching the following:

This is a system-generated report.
These documents will also need to have access to a record in order to work properly, i.e. the order
reported will be the one accessed within the application.
Typically, all reports generated through a button, or through the upper-section of the Reports menu are
system-generated.
Finding a Document
Reference the Reports and Letters report to identify which reports have been defined to be accessible
within MoversSuite. Further, it lists which Report Profiles are available; including the reports assigned
to them, as well. The information listed within this report echoes the data that is defined within the
Report Setup of the MoversSuite Administration.
Access the Report Manager application, within the Reporting Services report server to identify which
Reporting Service Report documents have been loaded into the server.

Standard Report Listing
1099 Applied by Commission Statement Date
Report
The 1099 Applied by Commission Statement Date report provides a breakdown of 1099 amounts by
statement date for a given driver (vendor) over a given date range.
Parameters
Parameter
Description
Driver ID
Provide the vendor identification for the driver. The report lists all statements
for this person for the given date range. The Driver ID corresponds to the
vendor ID managed through Microsoft Dynamics GP (PM30300.VENDORID).
Beginning Date
Provide the starting and ending dates for record selection (in MM/DD/CCYY
format). The application compares this date range to the statement dates for
the specified driver. If the statement date falls within the selected range, then
the document is included on the report.
Ending Date
TECHNICAL NOTE: The application compares the date range to the
PM30300.DATE1 (Applied Date) or the PM30300.GLPOSTDT (Posting
Date). If the Applied Date is newer than the Posting Date, then the
Applied Date is referenced; otherwise, the application references the
Posting Date for comparison.
The following table describes the data that display on this report.

Report Heading
This section appears at the top of each page of the report
Company Name
The report displays the company name defined within Dynamics GP
(SY01500.CMPNYNAME)
Report Title
The title of the report displays as Driver 1099 Detail Report by Statement
Date.
Reporting Period
The date range specified within the parameters section displays in a
caption formatted as, “For the Period Beginning [BEGINNING DATE] and
Ending [ENDING DATE]“
Report Data
Vendor Information
The vendor ID followed by the vendor name display at the top of the data
listing (data is pulled from PM30300.VENDORID and
PM30300.VENDNAME). The report lists data for a single specified vendor.
Report Detail Header
For each statement, the report displays “Statement Date” followed by the corresponding Applied Date
(PM30300.DATE1) along with document totals for each amount (1099 Amount, Credit 1099 Amount, and Net
1099 Amount). Each header record expands to show the document details comprising the statement.

Document Number
The document or voucher number for a particular transaction associated
to the statement displays (data is comprised of PM30300.VCHRNMBR,
PM30300.APFRDCNM, and PM30300.DOCTYPE)
Applied From Document
Document that the transaction is applied from displays (data is comprised
of PM30300.APTVCHNM, PM30300.APTODCTY, and
PM30300.APTODCNM)
1099 Amount
The dollar amount displayed is the 1099 Applied Amount less any 1099
Credit Amount set for the transaction (PM30300.TEN99AMNT less
PM30300.Credit1099Amount).
Credit 1099 Amount
The 1099 credit dollar amount associated to the transaction displays
(PM30300.Credit1099Amount)
Net 1099 Amount
The dollar amount difference between the 1099 Amount and the Credit
1099 Amount displays.
Total for Statement
A total line for all documents displays along with the commission
statement date (CommStmtHeader.ToDate). The totals displayed are the
same as that listed in the detail header line, i.e. column totals for 1099
Amount, Credit 1099 Amount, and Net 1099 Amount.

AR Collections Report
The AR Collections report is a useful tool for managing customer collections and cash flow,
reconciliation, and for reviewing a customer’s account. The layout of this report changes dynamically
based upon the parameters specified at run time. Only non-voided documents in open status display.
Parameters

Customer Class
Choose (Select All) to include all defined classes, or select individually from
the drop-down list.
A selection here controls what values are available within the Customer
parameter.
Customer
Choose (Select All) to include all available customers, or select individually
from the drop-down list.
This field is dependent on what was selected within the Customer Class. Only
records belonging to the selected Customer Class(es) will be available in this
field.
Company Wide Branch
Set this option to True to allow the report to group by a value other than
Branch, otherwise the report will group by Branch.
Company Wide Authority
Set this option to True to allow the report to group by a value other than
Authority, otherwise the report will group by Authority.
Note:
When grouping by Branch and by Authority are in effect, then the report
will first group by Branch and then by Authority (as a subgroup).
Show Notes
Enter True to include all Collections notes attached to an order record or
enter False to not display this information.
This option will only work if the Group by parameter is set to Order.
See the Notes (AR Credit & Collections) section for more information.
Detail Level
Choose which level of detail is to be included on the report. The following
detail level options are available:
Customer
Order
Invoice
Document
All values here work in conjunction with what was selected for Group by. If
the Group by option is set to “Customer”, for example, then a user may want
to select a Detail Level of Order, to create a more thorough report.
See the following Report Details section for more information on this setting.
View Customer By
Choose Name to display the customers by name first followed by number or
choose Number to display the customer number first and then name.
Note: Name and number values are separated by a hyphen (“-“) on the
report and will be sorted according to what is displayed (either name first

or number).
Branch
Choose (Select All) to include all branches, or select individually from the
drop-down list.
The option of <none> will include only those records that do not have a
branch assigned to them.
Set the *(company wide) option to allow the report to group by a value other
than Branch. To group by the Branch value, then do not select this option.
Authority
Choose (Select All) to include all authorities or select individually from the
drop-down list.
The option of <none> will include only those records that do not have an
authority type assigned to them.
Aging Date Type
Select from following list of types:

Select either Customer to group the data by the Customer Number, or choose
Order to group the data by the Order Number.
Details of the item select here will automatically be included in the report.
Report Details
This section covers what specific items are listed in detail on the report.
Report Grouping
Grouping of data within the report is based on three-levels. The highest level is based on Branch, the
second level is Authority, and the lowest level is that of the value specified within the Group by field.

Branch grouping is in effect when *(company wide) option is not set

Authority grouping is in effect when the *(company wide) option is not set

Order grouping is in effect when the Group by is set to Order and the Detail Level is specified as
Document

Customer grouping is in effect when the Group by is set to Customer and the Detail Level is
either Order or Document. Note: The View Customer By option will affect customer depending
on whether Name or Number is selected
Header Information
No header information displays.
AR Collections Detailed Report Information
This section lists what displays on a report for the various settings of the Detail Level option.

AR Collections Collection Notes
A user can choose to display collection notes associated to an order by setting the Show Notes option to
True and setting the Group Level value to Order. Any notes defined of type “Collections” will be listed
on the report.
Note:
These notes tie directly to order record and must of Note Type “Collections” to display on report.
Refer to the administrative setup area within the Note Type Setup.

Billing Turnaround Report
This report provides a list of all orders billed within the billed date range and calculates the turnaround
in days from the delivered date as well as the average turnaround in days for each branch.

Enter *(all branches) to include all branches, or select branches from the dropdown list.
Authority
Select the appropriate authority to report on (defined within Authority Setup).
Bill Date From
Enter the billing date to begin selecting records on.
Bill Date To
Enter the billing date to end selecting records on.

Report Grouping
The report groups by Branch.
Header Information
The following table lists items that appear in the header section of this report.

The branch identifier and name display for each group of orders.
Average Turnaround
The number of days on average between the Delivered date and the Billed date for
all orders associated to the branch listed on the report.

The following table lists the detail items displayed on this report.

The Order Number of the record being reported displays.
Shipper
The shipper name of the order displays. The name is comprised of the Last
Name/Company Name and First Name/MI fields from Name, Address, Phone.
Delivered
The Actual Delivery Date of the order being billed (Actual > Delivery Date field from
Move Information and the Actual Delivery Date from Order Information (Revenue
Entry)).
Billed
The billed date of the order displays (taken from the Bill Date managed from Billing
Information and Billing Information (Revenue Entry) tabs).
Turnaround (days)
The number of days difference between the date the order actually was delivered

Claims Out of Balance Report
The Claims Out of Balance report lists all claim records with an outstanding balance and is grouped by
the adjuster. All out-of-balance records that do not have the Adjuster field set in Claim Detail will all be
grouped and totaled under the “<no adjuster>” heading.
All the information that a user needs to evaluate the status of claim settlement(s) is viewable from this
report.

The following table describes the fields that display on this report.

Claim Number
The identifier assigned to the claim displays.
Order Number
Order Number associated to the claim displays.
Opened Date
The date the claim record was added to the system displays.
Claimant
The payee of the claim as set within First Name and Last Name fields in Claim Detail
display.
Claim Status
Status of the claim as set through the Status field in Claim Detail displays.
Settlement
The total dollar amount of all Settlements items displays in this column.
Receivable
The total dollar amount of all Receivables items displays in this column.
Chargeback
The total dollar amount of all payable items set within Liabilities/Chargebacks displays in
this column.
Applied
The total dollar amount of all applied chargeback items displays in this column.
Balance
The Balance represents the dollar amount needed to satisfy the claim. A zero amount
indicates the claim is settled and a positive balance indicates that more money is needed to

settle the claim, and a negative balance amount (in red) indicates an overpayment.
The application computes the Balance as follows:

The report provides the following total counts:
 Total Claims for each Adjuster and for the entire report

Closing Ratios Report
This report calculates and lists the closing ratio for orders that originated as a lead.

Produced through the Commission Statement Management screen (Tools > Build Historical Statement),
this report provides a summary and details of generated commissions by Vendor Class.
The report consists of a Vendor Summary and detailed breakdown of each transaction for each vendor.
Additionally, there is s a Commission Statement Summary Report that provides a higher-level listing that
consists of all vendors and the total amount paid out to each.

This report provides a summary listing of services for a given date range and branch. It is a shortened
version of the Dispatching Services Report detailing the basics of the service including job start and end
time, crew and equipment requirements, origin and destination locations, Move Type, weight, miles,
and carton count.
This report is identical to the Dispatching Worksheet Report except that the Worksheet report allows
the user to write in crew names and equipment resources.
If the Crew & Equipment parameter is set to “True,” then the report will provide a separate listing of all

Dispatching Worksheet Report
This report lists all services by branch over a given period of time and is used primarily for disaster
preparedness. This report is designed as a worksheet for assigning crew and equipment to services
during anticipated power outages. Use this report by printing it off prior to the outage and then writing
in drivers, equipment, and helper information in the space provided.
This report is identical to the Dispatching Summary Report except that the Summary report provides
names and description for the crew and equipment resources.
If the Crew & Equipment parameter is set to “True,” then the report will provide a separate listing of all
active crew members and available equipment. See Crew by Branch report or Equipment by Branch
report for more information on what displays for either.

and is an excellent tool for scheduling long haul move requests. The report provides details for orders
belonging to the trip and indicators for load date (“LD”), pack date (“PK”), and delivery date (“DL”).
The report lists orders that have a load and/or delivery date within a 14-day period beginning from the
entered date.

This field displays the ticket number assigned to the service request through

Order Number
Below the Service Date displays the Order Number.
Consignor/Consignee
This section only appears if consignor/consignee data exists for the order.

If the service is associated to an extra stop then the address set for the origin
extra stop will display. Extra stops are associated to a service through the

Displays the email set within Email from Name, Address, Phone.
Destination Address
Displays the primary Moving To - Primary address, city, and state set on the
Name, Address, Phone tab for the order that the service is under.
If the service is associated to an extra stop then the address set for the
destination extra stop will display. Extra stops are associated to a service
through the Add Address function within Add Local Service
Shipper Contact Information
The top four phone numbers listed for the order (Name, Address, Phone)
display.

Coordinator
Displays the name of the person assigned as the Transportation Coordinator
for the order in Name, Address, Phone
Salesperson
Displays the name of the person assigned as the Salesperson in Name,
Address, Phone

Displays the entity assigned as to the Customer (Customer Number) in

This section only appears if crew assignment(s) exist for the service.
Crew
Lists the crew assigned to the service and a total count of assigned crew.
The scheduled arrival and departure times are display based on what is set
for the Job Start Time and Job End Time through Assign Crew
Customer Signature
Area dedicated to customer approval of crew times
Equipment
This section only appears if equipment reservation(s) exist for the service.
Equipment
Displays a list of all reserved equipment for the service sorted by the
equipment identification number. A total count of equipment reserved for
the service is also displayed.
Equipment dispatched by service time display in one Equipment listing.
Separate listings do display if there is one or more equipment reservation
based on quantity.

CPU
This section only appears if CPU item(s) exist for the service.
Containers
Displays the estimated material count defined for each container, packing,
and unpacking item. A total count of all estimated material items also
displays.
